As 2 diabetics and 1 picky eater, we were a challenge for Artur, but had a great time on the tasting walking tour. It was a nice mix of city history and site seeing and food tastings. We didn’t eat as much as he wanted us to but was plenty for us and included chocolate, waffles, frites, beer and stew. By the end of the tour it was like old friends getting together over a beer. I would highly recommend the tour and booking with Artur.Great experience….

We hebben met Hugo een heel leuke wandeling gemaakt door minder bekende delen van Brugge Hij vertelt leuk en onderhoudend en we zijn op plekken geweest die we anders niet bezocht zouden hebben. Helaas was het culinaire aspect van de wandeling erg mager. Bakje (lekkere!) frites, drankje in een prachtig café uit 1550 en een wafel of ambachtelijk ijsje tot besluit. My husband and I were spending two nights in Bruges, and we wanted to explore the area with a local to see parts of Bruges that we might otherwise miss, learn more about the history of the city, and of course taste some of its specialties. We arrived at the meeting point about ten minutes early, and Tom was already there waiting for us. Tom took us all over Bruges, showed us landmarks and explained so much history with great stories. He was very engaging, and also very patient with my many stops to take photos. Tom offered us a nice variety of local foods and drinks to sample. We really enjoyed them all, but our favorite tasting stops were the chocolatier and the brewery. All-in-all, I would say that our tour of Bruges made for an absolutely perfect afternoon. While we enjoyed tasting chocolates, waffles, beers, fries, and Flemish stew, the portions were small, and we expected more food for the price. Our guide was wonderful—friendly and knowledgeable, offering some fantastic local recommendations that added to our experience. However, the lack of sufficient samples left us feeling unsatisfied. For the price we paid, we anticipated a more fulfilling experience, so despite our guide’s efforts, the tour fell short of our expectations.Very nice guide, not as much food
