An excellent food tour with Natalia! She provided some history of Nice and introduced us to all the Nicoise specialties and the best places to get them. Notre tour gastronomique dans la vieille ville de Nice avec Natalia a été une expérience merveilleuse. Natalia était très chaleureuse et a su s’adapter parfaitement à notre groupe. Elle était très bien préparée, même si nous étions en janvier, une période où de nombreux établissements sont fermés. La visite nous a permis de découvrir le charme de la vieille ville tout en dégustant des spécialités locales accompagnées de vin ou de bière. Natalia nous a également partagé des anecdotes intéressantes sur la culture et l’histoire locales, ce qui a enrichi notre expérience. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le temps et l’attention qu’elle a consacrés à faire de cette soirée un moment inoubliable. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent compte tenu de la qualité des dégustations et de la convivialité de l’échange. We booked the 7pm 10 Tastings of Nice in October for two. Karin was pleasant but the tour fell greatly short of expectations. Karin was a last minute transfer from another guide, who said she couldn’t do the tour because she wouldn’t give us the experience of 10 tastings due to the time and season. Without my consent she transferred it to Karin who agreed to the tour. Karin was nice but she chose one restaurant where she ordered very light appetizers and spent the entire time disclosing personal issues. We then did a walking portion, which on its surface, was good but the stories were disjointed and plainly confusing. We had substantially less than 10 tastings and left feeling emotionally drained, uncomfortable and exhausted from the experience. I contacted the company and received a refund but thereafter Karin somehow found my WhatsApp account (didn’t give it to her) and sent me paragraph by paragraph text messages and ended it with saying that I was a “back stabber.” The whole thing was so frankly unhinged and we are leaving Nice early now. Disorganized and not a good value

Natalia is a warm, friendly person who knows everything about Nice. From the history of the food, which we sampled and was very tasty. To the history of old Town and cities history over time, which was very interesting. To the architecture and fake painted shutters you would have never noticed without her pointing them out. She is simply the best, felt like we spent an evening with an old (new) friend! It didn't end there. Afterwards she had remembered ALL the things we chatted about and sent a comprehensive list of restaurant, bars and shops for our reference. If we ever come back to Nice we'll book Natalia in a heart beat just to see her again. Book her!!like an evening with an old friend

We had a wonderful time with Diana! She was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about both the food and the city. At each place she brought us to, the staff were very kind and generous with giving us food and drinks, and Diana let us take our time and move at our pace. We had a great time just chatting with her at each stop and as we walked! The food, wine and beer were all so delicious! Afterwards, Diana gave us some great recommendations for other things to do and places to eat in Nice and the surrounding area. This was definitely a great way to begin our time in Nice! So much fun!

Marie was very nice and welcoming, very knowledgeable . BUT, we were expecting a more upscale tasting experience, especially for the price of the tour! Not at all what we imagined it would be. Started out with a bag of Socca chips and pieces of sausison, ended with a pigeon invested sidewalk cafe’, a tasting in local wine shop. The owner was very nice but we didn’t particularly like the two wines he chose. All in all, total waste of money Not worth the money!

As a self proclaimed foodie I had a fantastic experience on this tour. Marie was very professional and courteous. She was easy going and made great conversation. She gave us a history lesson as well as a showcase of local food spots and dishes that are special to Nice. Eating food specific to the region I’m traveling in is something I enjoy and this tour really fulfilled that need. In all my travels, the tour experience is truly about the tour guide. They can make your exploring adventure, memorable, or not. Natalia surpassed our expectations. Our 10 Tastings of Nice was the perfect introduction to Nice and traditional Niçoise foods! Spending the afternoon with Diana was just like meeting an old friend in a town you had never been and having them take you to all the best spots around. Perfectly paced, tailored exactly to our likes, and ended with an amazing view of the Old Town. We couldn't have started our trip any better than this! Diana was a wealth of knowledge, who not only knew all the great culinary spots, but also a great deal about Nice and the history of Piedmont-Sardinia and the House of Savoy. This tour is a "must-do," if you want to learn a little something while also trying traditional South of France cuisine.Fantastic Introduction to Nice!

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers) started our week here with this food tour and it was the perfect intro to the city. We had an amazing sampling of local foods at a variety of places while we walked through the beautiful alleys of Old Nice. We have been to a similar tour in Lisboa, so maybe we had to high expectations. Our host Diana was lovely, we liked here a lot. But the tour we paid for was not what we expected from what we read on the website. We thought we should have 10 tastings of local food with drinks. Of course we understand that a tasting it’s not a big meal or a full glass, but we expected 10 tastings of both food and drinks, who the website was promoting. It started good at a local restaurant with a local beer and finger food. But further we was just tasting like a tiny, tiny bits of cheese, chocolate bites, truffles, nougat, tapenade, one macarone, and in the end a ice cream (real size this time) We got to taste some milliliters with rose wine when we tasted tapenade. But that’s it with drinks. With locals writes on their website we should taste 10 tastings with local food with drinks like wine, beer, beverages and coffee. We didn’t get that. We feel this tour was very overpriced considering what we was getting to taste for food and drinks. We don’t recommend WithLocals in Nice. Try another firm!Overpriced tour!!

We absolutely loved our Kickstarter tour of Nice with Natalia! She took us beyond the typical tourist spots and showed us hidden gems we never would have found on our own—like the stunning terrace bar at Hotel du Convent. In Old Town, she introduced us to unique little shops (I came home with a gorgeous handmade Italian leather purse and truffles I’m still dreaming about). Natalia even helped us communicate with shop owners, which made the experience so much easier and more fun. What I really appreciated was how she customized the tour to fit exactly what we wanted to see and do. She also followed up afterward with a list of her favorite restaurants, which became some of the best meals of our trip! And even after the tour ended, she kindly responded to my extra questions. Natalia is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the best of Nice. Highly recommend booking with her—you’ll come away with amazing memories (and probably a few fabulous finds from Old Town, too!).My favorite tour in Nice!

We had a wonderful tour with Justyna. She not only showed us some highlights of this beautiful city but also took us off the beaten path to hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. She showed us Sainte- Marie cathedral and explained the history and culture. She took us through beautiful narrow streets and favorite shops and cafes and then to the open marketplace - Cour Saleya, with spice and fresh vegetable vendors. We were able to get the lift to Castle Hill Park which offered great views of the city. Justyna was also very helpful in instructing us how to use the train, bus and trams and gave us recommendations on places to dine and enjoy the beach. All in all, a great introduction to the city.
