We were a group of 6 ladies looking for a fun and interesting tour of Palma. Something a bit different. Natalia was engaging, setting out our itinerary clearly. She showed us places we would never have found ourselves. Good mix of history, interesting Majorcan facts and great food and drinks to try. We never felt rushed, the pace suited us. Natalia is a passionate and energetic guide, clearly beloved by her community and excited to share it with us. We started at Santa Catarina market where Natalia knew almost every vendor. We got to try numerous different items including sandwiches, tortilla, croquettes, and different types of alcohol (if we wanted). We then proceeded to walk and eat our way around Palma, stopping at places only a local would know about. We finished the trip at an incredible bakery, tasting a variety of sweet and savory foods and drinking hot chocolate. Even though it was pouring rain, we had an incredible time. Natalia was so excited because the gargoyles on the churches were all spitting water, which she said almost never happens. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in history, culture, and most importantly food!!Incredible insider tour

Myself and 3 friends went on the walking and tapas tour with Natalia on Saturday 26/10. The rain was lashing down but didn’t dampen our experience. We spent an absolutely fantastic time with Pedro. His knowledge of Palma and more widely Mallorca was enormously impressive. As we walked around the city he brought the history, culture and food of the island to life in a most entertaining and enagaging way and knew the answers to all of our questions. Nat was TERRIFIC! After spending a few hours with her we felt as though we’d made a new friend. She is knowledgeable, interesting and fun. This was far more than a tasting tour. She knew and shared with us, all about the history, the culture, the architecture and the people of the island. She gave us tips for shopping, dining, drinking, and touring other parts of the island. A really lovely 3 hours out and about, good introduction into Palma as we popped past historical buildings, public art installations and beautiful courtyards. Adriana was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Accommodated food allergies for one within our group without making them feel they were missing out. Food from historic bakeries along with a market hall, other locations and some local wine and vermouth. Excellent tour

Angie was a fantastic guide! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour with her and her understanding of the history of Mallorca. She went above and beyond to recommend places to see and visit. She had a clear rapport with all of the shop owners and wait staff in the restaurants we visited. I’d recommend booking a tour earlier in the day as one of the stops was closing soon when we visited, but nonetheless, it was a wonderful tour that we would absolutely do again. A wonderful tour!

Our 10 Tastings of Majorca tour with Adriana was a huge highlight of our trip. Adriana is very knowledgable, not just about the best food and drink spots but also the history and culture of Majorca. Every thing we tried was delicious and we were so full by the end. We managed to buy some food and drink along the way to take home to live the experience a bit longer. Alvaro was very knowledgeable and showed and told us a lot about the city of Palma. But as a "10 tastings" tour, Alvaro's tour was a disappointment, especially compared with similarly promoted tours we have had in Lisbon and Vienna. As we started the tour, we informed Alvaro that the three of us were all on "low carb" diets (two of us are diabetics), so we prefer high-protein, low-carbohydrate foods. The first food stop was a tapas stall in a market, and Alvaro did not offer choices or ask what we would like -- instead he just ordered the traditional round Mallorcan potato rolls (coca de patata), which is loaded with carbs and fat nad is the last thing any of us would want. After getting the potato rolls we could see that traditional meatballs were available -- nothing special but they would have been good for us. After politely finishing as much of the potato rolls as we could, and Alvaro "scolding" us that the proprietor would be upset if we didn't eat all of the food that was offered, Alvaro begrudgingly finished what was left (he is slim and seems to eat very little himself). Before we left the tapas stall, I asked the proprietor what was the large, flat, crusted tapa on display right in front of me (which would be cut into squares for each plate ordered). He replied that it was tuna, which would have been perfect for us! From that moment, I got the impression that Alvaro simply wanted to order things that were cheap, since the cost of the food evidently comes from what he's paid, and we only stopped at three places and tasted well under 10 things total. On another 10-tastings tour, booked through Withlocals but in Lisbon, we went to 5-6 places and tasted over 15 different things, including 6 things at the very first place! I think that Alvaro could be alright on general Palma city tours, but avoid him for food tours. What we experienced was a city tour with a few snacks thrown in. 10 tastings of Palma tour with Alvaro

This was a super fun and unique experience. Myself and a group of friends spent the afternoon with Alvaro learning a plethora of information about the city, history and local cuisine. Angie brought my family and I on an amazing food tour! She was so friendly and quickly tapped into what we might be interested in tasting/exploring during our time with her; she also reached out ahead of time to ask if we had any food restrictions. Wow! Natalia was our perfect guide. We have done a good number of walking tours in various cities around the world with locals (it’s the first thing we try to do when we get somewhere), and we always hope to get a feel for a city, its food particularly, and have a fun few hours to start our holiday. Natalia not only got the measure of us immediately but showed us a side of Palma that we would never have been able to access without her. She seemed to know everyone who we too would like to know - the bar owners in the market, the best bodega in town, where to go for cocktails and she even helped us book a table in a central and highly regarded restaurant for our final night’s dinner. We got a view of Palma and ideas for what else we might really enjoy for the rest of our holiday. Natalia was generous and interesting, informed and, well, just really nice!! I can’t speak highly enough of this tour and of Adriana! Adriana was a fantastic guide with exceptional knowledge of Mallorca. I loved that she knew everyone at all of our stops and we were taken to places she frequently visits that we probably wouldn’t of found or gone to ourselves! Being able to learn about the history whilst tasting local dishes was extremely perfect and the value for money was great, we were so full after all of the food and drinks we got to try, we needed a big nap after! I’m so happy we got to spend the day with Adriana and I recommend to everyone visiting Mallorca! The best tour to do!
