Samuel was on time and gave us an overview of the history of Sevilla. He was proud of the river and the gold and silver minted in the town. He showed us the remains of the city wall and basically stayed in the Jewish quarter. He was well travelled (Finland and Ireland) and spoke good English. We were lucky that he had a fairly free day and he spent more time with us than we paid for. Lots of recommendations for places to eat and he also introduced us to orange wine. A great day had which set us up for our time in Sevilla. He was great. Thank you very much.Enthusiasm

We did the Triana Market tour with Mabel. It was so fun. She showed us some great shops in the market and then took us to 3 Tapas after. They were all off the beaten path bars that tourist like us probably wouldn't have found. They were are great. It was like going to the bar with a friend with her. Would 10/10 recommend her and will to any of our friends heading to Seville!!!Great guide!! Great tour!

Samuel was a fantastic guide! Communication beforehand was great, and his passion for Seville’s history really shone through. He took us to hidden spots and rooftops we’d never have found ourselves, which made the tour feel really special. Samuel also kept our teenage sons (17 and 13) engaged, which is no small feat, and even had them asking questions! Juan is a great guide. We interacted a lot and got lots of great information that only a local would know. He customized the tour for us and what we were interested in on the fly. I can’t think of any question we had that he didn’t have an answer for, or a source to find the answer. We had a great four hours with him and ended the walk with a beer at one of his favorite tapas bars that was perfectly cold for a warm day. Highly recomended. Great walkabout

We really enjoyed our tour of Seville with Juan. We only had around 3 hours in town and wanted to cover both the Seville Cathedral and Alcazar. We got into town a little earlier than expected and he was able to meet up with us a little earlier than planned. He tailored the tour to our interests and time constraints. We did the tour with my 80 year old parents and Juan was so patient with them (especially my mom). He made sure to slow things down for her. He has great knowledge of the places we visited. I will definitely reach out to Juan again if we are ever back in Seville. Of all the places we visited this trip, Seville was my favorite and I think that Juan might have a part to play in it. Jose Andres was a wonderful guide. Very attentive to our dietary restrictions and informative. As he walked us through the different neighborhoods he pointed out different local shops and restaurants highlighting what they were best known for. He was funny and kept us and our daughters engaged from the moment we met up with him. Along the way, he even offered assistance to others who were looking for direction or places to eat. He was very generous with his recommendations. We all enjoyed his stories, local shops and foods he introduced us to.. By the end of the tour we all agreed it felt like we had been taken around the city by a friend more than a guide.Great experience

Elena is energetic and good natured. She showed me areas of Seville from a different perspective. Then I had the food and lots of it. She brought me to several locally owned restaurants where I sampled local foods, including 6 different types of cheeses, several variations of pork dishes, squid, mushrooms, and a unique dessert, all paired with wines and a special, spiced Vermouth with the desert.Pleasent Evening in Seville

Just had a brilliant afternoon in Triana, exploring the market and local tapas bars with Mabel. This experience of the amazing city of Seville was top notch. With Elena, we not only discovered the food culture of Spanish city, but we also learnt so much history of the area. We did the Taste of Triana - Market & Tapas Experience with Elena. It was a fantastic experience with the best combination of food, wine and history. Elena had an intimate knowledge of the Triana Markets and so was able to show us around and order us tapas dishes, cheeses, salads and other local delicacies that we would never would have thought of ordering. She also introduced us to local wines and spirits that we had never experienced before. Elena’s personality was bubbly and gregarious - she had a great sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble. The experience with Elena was one of the best highlights of our visit to Seville. The best experience!!

We had excellent communication with juan before we met to tour Seville. He recommended a wonderful flamenco evening- very atmospheric and intimate- just what we wanted, also a cute little Tapas restaurant situated just round the corner. Juan was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful tour of the old town of Seville , including all the highlights and history. We had time to stop for coffee at a lovely cafe recommended by him. Jose Andres showed us many different facets of Seville. With stops at the Cathedral of Seville and the church of the Macarena, as well as City Hall, the parliament building, the Esplanada de España. At each stop Jose Andres gave us historical information or interesting facts. We visited the newer part of Seville where some of the popular night spots are. He always pointed out the beautiful architecture along the way like the Alfonso XIII hotel, and the Roman and Arabic walls around the city. All in all it was a great way to learn about Sevilla and which locations at which to spend our time.Getting the lay of the land

A delightful experience. Elena superbly guided us through some wonderful iconic sights, & hidden gems. It was terrific to share stories of our respective countries. Elena was fantastic! She took us to several different stops with a variety of flavors and explained the historical and cultural context of each dish and paired it well with drinks appropriate for the taste and the locale. Each place was clearly the favorite of locals as opposed to a tourist spot. Elena not only had deep knowledge of the wine and drink selections but also explained the cultural nuances of our surroundings. She also explained a lot about Flamenco and its origins and histories as well as the Andalusian language living right in front of us! Very much worth the value! We had such a happy fun tour with Jose. He was totally brilliant and took us to all the fun bars and restaurants, which weren't the usual tourist traps. He was so enthusiastic and fun and my teenage children really enjoyed his company. We walked over the bridge to Triana and he showed us the colourful buildings and the new and old architecture, the ceramic museum and local restaurants and tapas bars. He was so much fun and I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The tour with him was the highlight of our trip to Andalucia.A really fun tour of Seville.

Elena provided us with a fantastic food tour experience in Triana. We tried lots of different foods and drinks, and were very full by the end of the tour. Elena also gave a lot of great historical background information on the food and neighborhood. Elena has training in gastronomy/wine, in addition to being born and raised in Seville, making her a fantastic tour guide. The one area for improvement would be around organization. Elena reached out to reschedule our tour the day before, which luckily we were able to accommodate. Additionally, we were not able to visit one of the locations due to it being too busy, but we were able to try the food from this place to go. Fantastic Food Tour Experience in Triana
