I met Chiara in front of the impressive palazzo vecchio in Florence. My first time here. According to me, Chiara is a great guide and very enthusiastic about Florence and its treasures. We visited the palazzo vecchio together and Chiara gave an interestig tour in the palace. Afterwards we walked to several places like the Ponte Vecchio. Definitely to be recommended! And.. As Chiara comes from Naples originally and I'll go there in June, she will share her recommendations for Naples as well :) Good time in Florence with Chiara

We spent an absolutely delightful 3 hours with Chiara on the Medici tour. The tour itself was simply wonderful and took us past all the must-sees to “paint the picture” of the Medici family. But what made this an even better tour was Chiara. From the moment we met her, we were in awe of her knowledge, her warmth, her sense of humour. The three hours just flew by, we could’ve easily spent a few hours more! We also loved Chiara’s restaurant/lunch spot recommendations, we tried them and they were absolutely fantastic. If/when we come back to Florence, we hope to go on another tour with Chiara!Best tour guide ever!

We took a 2.5 hour tour on the Medici family with Chiara and she was a wealth of information. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect having her as our private guide. I couldn't recommend Chiara more. Our tour revolved around the Medici family and sites associated with this family. Chiara not only was fluent in Medici history and lore but delivered it with excitement and enthusiasm. She entertained each and every one of our questions and then some. Both guide and tour were excellent. Chiara was knowledgeable about the Medici as well as Florence in general - providing a great tour through all of the key places of interest. Additionally, she went the extra mile to be sure our six kids were engaged throughout the tour - answering questions and pointing out interesting facts to the older kids while bringing crafts and activities to keep the younger ones busy during halts or longer talks. As part of our larger tour we spent much of a day visiting the major highlights of Florence. For this afternoon we were looking for a more casual tour including both lesser known but still important destinations and more in depth explanations of what we had previously seen. Had this tour one hour after arriving to Florence and was a great idea. Chiara met us near by and walked us by the most important buildings in Florence, she interacted well with my 11 year old and also switched to Spanish when explaining paintings and art to my mother who doesn’t speak English. Overall the Renaissance tour was more informative than other city tours, as she explained the different families and their history. After walking by Ponte Vecchio she had tickets and fast pass to the Medici Palace, just as started to rain which was great. Chiara was wonderful, definitely recommending this tour as soon as you arrive, so you know where to go after. Thanks Chiara!Great tour arriving to Florence

What a fantastic experience with Chiara exploring Florence focusing on the story of Michelangelo's David. It takes a real skill to adapt to someone's specific needs and interests at short notice but Chiara brought her energy, insight and knowledge and adapted it effortlessly to provide a truly personal service with charm and warmth. A wonderful soul who is obviously a people person and highly intelligent, passionate about what she does and puts in the research to ensure you avoid queues and go to hidden gems rather than the tourist traps. As lovely to discuss the David with her next to the statue as it was to enjoy an espresso and schiacciata! Chiara was wonderful! She gave us a great introduction to the main tourist attractions and also to off the beaten track Florence.
