This was our third trip to. Eunice and I thought we had seen all the highlights. Lucrezia definitely proved us wrong. So many highlights in the city that she took us to that we never knew were there. Took time answer all of our questions and even took us to multiple spots of the beaten path. Would definitely book another trip next time in Venice. So many new places

Loved this tour and Lucrezia! She was so kind and we learned so much history in a fun way! We were taken off the beaten path and did so much more than typical tourist things. Our family of six took this tour on the day the rest of the party arrived. We have often found this a great way to beat jetlag and this kept everyone on their feet but also happily engaged. Lu was a wonderful guide. My wife and I had been to Venice several times before and so wanted a tour that was a little different and off the beaten path. Lu provided that, by taking us to several locations we hadn't been to before which provided a fascinating alternate view of Venice. Lu is incredibly knowledgeable about Venice and is also appropriately proud of her Venetian heritage. She is also extremely good company and it was fun to spend some of the time chatting over coffee. Lucrezia was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to walk us through parts of Venice that we would otherwise not have seen. She also pointed out many sights we would have completely missed - or not even known what they were. I highly recommend that if you do a tour in Venice, it's with Lucrezia. She friendly, funny and easy to understand. Well worth every euro spent - which we considered to be very reasonable!!OMG!! This was better than expected!

The tour with Lucrezia was everything we were looking for in a tour: fascinating, knowledgeable and inspiring. This was not our first trip to Venice, and it was refreshing how much new info we got from Lucrezia. Venice can feel touristy and confusing but Lucrezia made La Serrinenisma come alive for us. Apart from this Lucrezia is just a lovely woman, she made us feel at ease and is easy to talk to her. We also recieved tips for restaurants and local food. Lucrezia responded very quickly and made it really easy to book the tour. We’ve been to Venice before and wanted something a bit more personal. Before we met she provided a (big) list of restaurants and recommendations - very nice! We arrived in San Marco and wound our way through lots of little streets until the meeting point - Lucrezia was already there and her tour was informative, interesting and obviously because you are a small group you get all the attention and time to ask questions. We arrived in Venice to a once in a lifetime situation. Venice without wall to wall tourists. We met up with Lucrezia in the afternoon for a very very pleasant couple hours wandering back streets in Venice. It is one thing to just wander about as a tourist, but another altogether to visit the sights with someone who knows all the background. The when, the why and the who. The famous merchant families of Venice and their rivalries. At the fish market, we learned that the Venetians set minimum sizes for various types of fish so as to not deplete their most precious resource. We have gone on tours with the WithLocals group a number of times. Touring Venice with a guide is a must, and touring Venice with the very friendly and knowledgeable guides of WithLocals is a double must. Top marks for Lucrezia. A personal tour full of insights

Communication with Lucrzia was speedy, helpful and without doubt some of the best I've had. She was extremely flexible and willing to adjust the start time and meeting point of our tour. Venice would not have been the same without Lucrezia. She was knowledgeable, engaging, flexible, easy to deal with, responsive, and great value for money. Thanks to her, our 13 year old said: "dad, my favorite part of our trip was Venice. ". I often book guides and she is the best I've ever had. We spent the 1st half of our time in Venice wondering down the streets, amlessly. I got fed up and booked her from my phone. By the time we got to St. marks and had a coffee, she was there. All that in just 90 minutes. She saved the day - and made the trip! She told us so much about Venice - things we unwittingly previously walked by, unaware...like the historic location of Marco Polo's family house. And she gave the history of what happend to it. If you go all the way to Venice, spend the extra money and make the trip worth while. You can not go wrong with Lucrezia. You have my word for it. Heck, we were ready to adopt her! We really enjoyed our time with Lucrezia. She is warm and had a for way of passing a lot of interesting details. We learned a lot about history of the Venetian empire and first settlers. History of the masks and carnival as well as technical details about how the city is built, the Campos, and wells. I recommend her as a guide!Great tour lovely guide!

The tour with Lucrezia was on our last day in Venice but soon found that there was still a lot to discover, learn and enjoy. Lucrezia was very professional and taught us a lot about the history of Venice. The tour was everything but a typical touristic guided tour. Lucrezia made us a surprise and booked tickets to the "best view in town", made a detour to walk us to a local shop we needed to go before leaving Venice and took us to a great grab & go restaurant so we could get something quick for lunch. The tour ended at Basilica San Marco with skip the line tickets and couldn't really ask for more. Definitely recommend Lucrezia if you'd like to know Venice as you can't on your own... Lovely experience with an amazing company

I never write a review the day we take a tour...I always wait at least one day to let the euphoria of the moment subside but we are still super impressed with our 2+ hours with Lucrezia (Lu) in Venice. Besides being a wonderful person, she is ridiculously knowledgeable about Venice as well as very well versed in travel...she was most capable about talking about other countries and places. We were able to see many sites and history that we would never had been able to find on our own! She was very attentive and very flexible in adjusting her schedule to accommodate special request. She also made many suggestions for activites to do after our tour (food, drink, etc.). I wholeheartedly recommend Lu for any people / group who want to make their stay in Venice more wonderful!! Lucrezia was an excellent tour guide for our group of 8. She helped us with recommendations for places to eat on the night we arrived. Overall her communication was great. She set up a nice boat ride down the Grand Canal, then a walking tour where she explained some of the interesting facts of the city and lastly set up gondola rides at a quiet location.
