The Urban Jungle Tour is a Must Do!! Christophe is a wonderful guide & we learned SOOO much history about Brussels which is so relevant to the city that exists today. He gave us a full sweep of Molenbeek, showing us old buildings and new architecture projects in the area that are STUNNING! He's so knowledgeable & very engaging & entertaining. Christophe gave us great insights to his hometown Molenbeek, explaining the history of this community to us and how it has been transformed to that what it has become today. Although it wasn’t planned as a photo walk, there was enough time to took some pics from this other, less glamorous but not less interesting side of the metropolitan area of Brussels. We enjoyed this walk with Christophe very much (actually in German). Apart from providing a deep knowledge about the city he is very kind, open minded and communicative. We are looking forward to have another date with him while our next stay in this surprisingly exiting city of Brussels. Highly recommended!Molenbeek - great walk with Christophe

We had a blast with Cristophe. He has a great personality and knows so much about Brussels. He took us to the classic buildings and points of interest that you need to see when you visit Brussels, but then also took us to unique little gems that we would have never been able to find on our own. For example, he took us to all three of the “P“ statues and also to a small part of the canal that still exists that used to go through the center of Brussels. We were a group of 10 Wales football fans who were visiting Brussels to watch Wales play Belgium and we were keen to learn more about the city. At very short notice Christophe took us on a very interesting walking tour around the main sights - and lots of “off the beaten track” sights and viewpoints that we would never have found without his local knowledge. His English was excellent and we learnt so much about the history and architecture of this beautiful place. Christophe was flexible and accommodated all our requests in a friendly way. We had a lovely walk around Brussels with Christophe. He clearly knows a lot about the city and is proud to live there. He showed us the main tourist sites plus a few places we would probably not have found ourselves. He was happy to adjust the tour if we wished and left us at a place near to our hotel with plenty of restaurants to choose from.Great tour

We love private touring with locals in order to get an immediate feel for a new destination and to get oriented for exploring on our own. We have been fortunate to participate in many tours on our travels. Christophe fulfilled all of our expectations. A familiarity with the history and stories of a location are essential… but an ability to adapt and address the specific interests of a visitor distinguish a host from a tour guide. Christophe is a wonderful host whose enthusiasm for his home city and its stories is obvious. The tour was an extended conversation in English and French rather than a scripted recital. Christophe gaf ons een tour door Brussel die we niet snel zullen vergeten. Heel gemakkelijk maakte hij contact met iedereen en zorgde voor interessante insteekjes in de algemene route die we vooraf hadden afgesproken. Zo had iedereen de ervaring die het zo speciaal maakte en waardoor we he tlang nadien nog over onze eigen experience hadden. Mijn mama en ik deden onlangs een stadswandeling met Christophe en zijne maat Roel en we waren onder de indruk van de gidsen! Hun aangename en vriendelijke manier van vertellen maakte de wandeling echt bijzonder. Ze deelden talloze interessante verhalen en leuke weetjes over de stad, vaak met grappige kwinkslagen die ons aan het lachen maakten. Bovendien was een groot deel van de wandeling in het Brussels, wat voor een authentieke en unieke ervaring zorgde. We went by train from Amsterdam to Paris and decided to stop in Brussels for a few hours as we had never been before. Christophe meet us at the train station and offered to show us how to store our luggage, but we had figured it out ourselves. We then went on an amazing walking tour with Christophe seeing a good amount of old sites, churches, plazas, shopping areas and more! Christophe was very knowledgeable about the history of Brussels.
