Ali provided a very enjoyable food and history tour of Montmartre, Paris. All the bites were classics like quiche, macaroons, charcuterie, chocolate- but all very high quality and delicious. Alexia hat mich und meine Familie auf eine Food Tour durch Monmartre mitgenommen. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, hat uns tolle Ecken gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. He took us to a few small vignettes which I feel sure we wouldn't have found on our own. We loved our Mountmarte tasting, walking tour for 3 reasons: 1- Alexia, what a gem! And a true local, she was knowledgeable and gave us so many experiences we would never have known on our own. 2- the tastes! Wow, très bien, what a great tour, and Iza was merveilleuse (wonderful)! We had the best time wandering Montmartre, savouring its delights and hearing about its history, its characters and its sights, particularly the out of the way ones. Iza, our tour guide, was so flexible, changing our route as we had already seen some of the sights. And being a Parisian, she told us all the sights, restaurants, cafes and wine bars to go afterwards (and also the places not to go)! She was easy to talk to and knowledgeable and by the end of the tour Iza was our new friend in Paris. Would highly recommend this tour and, more importantly, Iza as a tour guide. It would be difficult not to connect with Giedre. You'll delight in her joy of Paris' many hidden spots. More than once on the tour, we ducked from the busy main road into a magical courtyard the hurried passers-by missed entirely. Some of them, seeing her, did the same. They always had an expression of wonder that said, "I never knew this was here!" All our cares were gone, as we knew we were in good hands. My husband and I did a 10 tasting walking tour of Montmartre with Alpha. I had done a group tour years ago and wanted to try a private tour, this time with my husband. We were not disappointed! Jerome is very friendly and a very interesting person. He has great skills which add to the amazing tour he gave us. We tried food we would have tried that is local and visited a restaurant which is not touristy but has amazing atmosphere. Most of all he told us history facts that we did not know and had us laughing by the end when we sat for drinks at a beautiful spot with all his travel stories. I feel awful giving a negative review, but I wish I had come across more critical reviews of this tour. All three people in my party were really disappointed with this tour. To give credit, Anukool was flexible and allowed for us to move along to the next spot if we weren't interested or extend if we wanted to stay longer in an area. He was *very* flexible. The stops on this tour were mediocre at best. We arrived hungry and the tour began with an overly sweet dessert from a popular chain, then we went to a quiche our guide bought at a window and we ate outside in the rain, and next was oysters. It didn't feel well thought-out regarding order of food and the quality was subpar. Furthermore, we expected to meet a local with a bubbly personality who may customize based on who we were and what we were interested in. Our guide was an expat who talked about the history and asked few questions. He was really knowledgeable, but for us, the tour fell flat. We really liked the area. Ultimately, we wanted to be captivated by our tour guide, have a generous amount of curiosity sparked on our end, and leave feeling like we ate foods we wouldn't have found on our own. Honestly, we expected a more for the money

Four of us - all in our 70’s and one with a bad knee - thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon walk through Montmartre with Olivia. Ostensibly a food tour, it was so much more than that. While we walked, and between and during our tastings, Olivia introduced us to the history and art and culture of the neighborhood. Since she lives there herself, she also had personal information and anecdotes to share that brought life in Montmartre today alive for us; and we were grateful for the suggestions she offered for further explorations of the area. Because Olivia slowed down the pace of her tour for us, and because we told her we were as interested in history as in food, we didn’t stop - by our request, not hers - at all of the ordinary food tastings she offers on this tour. However, what we did taste was all wonderful and plentiful (bread, pastries, cheeses, oysters, wine, and the best quiche we’ve ever had); we were so full that we carried home with us what we just couldn’t eat. Olivia is so easy to spend time with - within moments of meeting her, it feels like she’s someone you’ve known for years. She is articulate, knowledgeable, professional, patient, accomodating, and so engaging that the time with her seems to fly by. We could have spent another couple of hours with her. For instance, we had already walked up the hill of Montmartre a few hours earlier and had seen the sights, so we were mainly seeking recommendations and someone to accompany us for a few tastings in the neighborhood. Andrea's recommendations and knowledge were spot on. What truly made the tour exceptional and the highlight of our trip was his personality - he was a down-to-earth, genuine person who had lived all over the world. We had a great time exploring the food of Monmartre with Anukool. He is knowledgeable about the history and got us off the beaten track to food places we might not have found on our own. As well, he was great company to talk to along the way!Great (and delicious) experience

Our group of 5 enjoyed a wonderful evening food tour in Montmartre with Anukool. He is personable, funny and terrifically knowledgable. He tailored the tour to our preferences and every stop was delicious, unique and accompanied with history, culture and good stories. We can't recommend him enough, and hope to have the opportunity to join another of his tours someday. Great food, great info and great company
