I can’t speak highly enough of Ali and the tour we had with him. He is a delightful person with a passion for sharing his city, and was super attentive to our needs in the short time we had. Whether it was a great shopping experience (with beautiful pashminas!) or some delicious shawarma, or a “touristy” thing like the Dubai Mall, Ali had us covered. If you have some time while in Dubai, please make Ali your first call. He will deliver. Fantastic - highly highly recommended

I told my guide I had done a lot of walking that day and didn’t want to walk much on the tour, and he said our trip wouldn’t involve much walking. However, he took me not to see Dubai but to a shopping mall of all things where we walked for almost 2 hours. The mall was closing when we got there, so no water show, no open stores, nothing, just walking. There was no included snack or water bottle, no driving around to see the city as he had promised. After 2 hours, I was exhausted and asked to be take back to my hotel. I live where there are plenty of shopping malls, and I never go because I dislike shopping malls. I had no interest in seeing a shopping mall for 2 hours. I finally asked to get something to eat, which was not included, but I never got the snack or water so I had to insist. I really wanted to see Dubai but that never happened. All I saw was the inside of a shopping mall in the process of closing up, a mall no different from the ones where I live. Terrible waste of time and money. Not as advertised

We hebben echt een super leuke avond tour gehad. Melwyn heeft ons echt alles in de Dubai Mall laten zien, de fonteinenshow en de lichtshow bij de Burj Kalifa, de Burj al Arab, de Boulevard, de waterval van de brug. We could not have found a better companion than Kasim, who is an excellent communicator with a real passion for Dubai with the knowledge and experience to add value tailored to a group’s particular requirements. Gabbie never showed up to our tour. I tried messaging her multiple times prior to our trip & got no response. Figured it was just a fluke. Tried calling the number that was given once we got into Dubai, it went straight to voicemail each time. Once we arrived at the restaurant we waited for 20-30 minutes and after she never showed up we were forced to give ourselves our own tour. Highly do NOT recommend & would like my money back. Non-existent

Gomez did an amazing job at touring my wife and I during our layover in Dubai. He responded quickly via messaging us for guidance in the airport, did an amazing job of covering so much of Dubai in our couple hours there, and seeing so many places. Highly recommend this gentleman as a tour guide with how much information he gives and places he takes. He even took photos for us to fill memories. Amazing tour filled with knowledge!

A great evening was spent with Melwyn. We had expected to have to walk around and use Public transport to see the various sights, so it was a nice surprise when he turned up in a comfortable car and drove us around. It was also National day and everywhere was really busy, but Melwyn managed to adapt our route and activities to avoid the worst of the crowds and traffic. We got to see more than we would have managed by ourselves as well as learning lots about life in Dubai. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in the company of Melwyn. Would recommend this tour for entertainment and easy orientation in the city.An entertaining and enjoyable evening

Suqlain was an amazing guide! He had so much knowledge of the history of Dubai and current information as well. We drove around, we walked a bit and he even took us on a boat! We were able to try food, have coffee and so much more! He was so kind and even offered us the full amount of time even though we landed in Dubai late and he had to wait for us. Athina is a very warm, sincere, unassuming and knowledgeable tour guide with a particular human touch. I have had a wonderful overview of the Dubai evening-scene thanks to her. She provided lots of local insider tips during our quite interesting three hours together and I wish I have met her at the beginning of my visit to Dubai rather than the end.
