We had difficulty locating our guide as the meeting spot the that was chosen (Astonomical Clock) is a very busy square. When we did not see anyone looking for us, I attempted to contact the guide thru the app twice. she did not read the communication 10 minutes after the suggested meeting time (we were there 10 minutes early). Only when I looked around behind us did she ask us if we were waiting for her. She then stated she did not have WiFi. This is an app based tour - how was she going to reach us if she did not use the chat service? Erin made no attempt to ask our names (I had to introduce ourselves) and she spent time initially telling us how people don’t show up for her tour- it might be because does not communicate with the App?! She then started the tour describing things on the clock that were not even there (they had been removed for cleaning). Odd and off putting. Erin was a good story teller but we got the impression it was a ‘set’ talk. All in all it was fairly one sided tour (her side) and disappointing. Just ok

Erin took my wife and I on a fascinating tour from Old Town Square to the Old Jewish Cemetery. I recommend it highly. We covered events from many different centuries, culminating with some tales of the horror and suffering brought about by Nazi Occupation. (But there are plenty of uplifting characters too, Mordecai Maisel features prominently.) While this is only a quick 90 minute walk, Erin is good at tailoring it to your particular interests. Erin’s tour participants would benefit from a more enthusiasm and gusto. There’s a lot of overlap from the information in the museum/synagogues. Otherwise, this tour is a helpful introduction to the area if you don’t have time for the synagogue museums.Not the highlight of my trip

Our tour of the Jewish quarter was a heartfelt experience. Erin took us back through the years from the early days of the crowded Prague ghetto up to the Nazi occupation and fate of so many good people during the Holocaust. She will show you little-known markers, such as the “stumbling stones” and tell you what they mean. She’ll take you past Synagogues and tell you their history. We got much more than we had expected from this thoughtful guide. Knowledgable, friendly, a great guide!

I would suggest that she actually not give tours on the days when the synagogues are all closed. Erin was wonderfully accommodating to our group's early start. The tour, while short, still covered quite a bit of ground and a lot of history from the middle ages to the present. Obviously, a one hour walking tour can cover just so much, so this tour is meant to be an introduction so you learn much of the history and get the lay of the land to go back and explore on your own in greater detail.
