We were with De Nopi twice while in Bali. First, was a really fun full day tour. We visited great local places, such as a batik shop, silver jewelry store, wood carving studio, coffee plantation, rice fields and all over the beautiful countryside. De Nopi delivered us to our hotel, and a few days later, he took us to the airport. He was informative, fun, eager to share and punctual. An amazing, unforgettable day. We had a terrific personal walking tour with Merta around the old city of Denpasar, visiting the Jaganatha temple, the royal palace and the markets, amongst others. Along the way Merta explained and gave us many insights into Balinese culture and history, and we sampled some of the street food and Bali coffee. I give lots of stars to our very nice guide. Unfortunately the tour itself was disappointing and definitely not the image I have of Bali. Time would have been better spent on a nature hike or ocean activity. The town itself I did not find a highlight. We asked De Nopi to take us to a nearby coffee farm interpretive center and that ended up being the highlight. Great guide, but tour not worth it

Made Yoga was a superb guide. We did the Bali City Tour with him and learned all about the sites we were at, along with Balinese culture and society. He explained things well and put them in context so we understood the significance of what we were seeing. He was informative, personable, helpful, professional, and entertaining. I had a fantastic tour with June Sophia. She is so friendly and you feel like you’ve known her for years, despite only meeting her 30 minutes earlier! The weather gods were not playing the game and 10 minutes before my Hidden Jems tour the heavens opened - thunder, lightning and heavy rain. June Sophia didn’t let that get in our way. Armed with my umbrella and rain jacket (always be prepared!) we headed off into town. She worked out quickly that I loved food and so tailored the experience to suit the rain and get some delicious food into me. Lots of eating, chatting and interesting facts, not only about the city but about living in Bali and raising a family of 6 kids. A great day out that I will remember for a long time! Thank you June Sophia. Fantastic - even in the pouring rain!

June Sophia hat uns ihre Stadt gezeigt und auch persönliche Erfahrungen mit uns geteilt. Auch ein Besuch auf dem lokalen Markt war sehr interessant. Wir haben mit Made zwei tolle Tage verbracht. Er spricht ein hervorragendes Deutsch und hat mit uns zwei tolle Ausflüge gemacht. Wir haben tolle Orte besucht und Made hat sich komplett nach uns gerichtet und war total entspannt wenn wir an einem Ort etwas länger schauen wollten. I was looking for some chill and easy quick tour around Denpasar itself. Made, made it fun and entertaining without trying too hard. Polite, knowledgeable and pleasant, he shared folklores, anecdotes peppered with big dose of humor. June Sophia was amazing. Very friendly, amicable, spoke very good English and was able to share so more information, interesting facts and insights as we walked through Depansar area. She told me stories of each place we went to, to bring them further meaning. We were able to visit places like palaces under construction, the kings Memorial, and other places and grounds, not only that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, but I likely would not have had access to myself. June Sophie was able to answer any questions I had, and I had many. We stopped often, ate often, every though I didn't do the food tour, and I liked that it often felt impromptu. Each place we stopped, she seemed to know someone and be deeply appreciated by them. She was so kind to offer to pay for many snacks along they way and encourage me to try anything I was curious about. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have just arrived, you will learn so much and have fun doing it! Authentic & Eye opening experience!

Ich habe Made am vereinbarten Treffpunkt pünktlich getroffen. Danach begann die Tour. Durch einen grossen Markt, Tempel und anderen historischen Schauplätze. Interessant war natürlich auch die Geschichte von Bali und deren Religionen, über die Made sehr gut bescheid wusste. Nach der 3 stündigen Tour durch Denpasar waren wir noch in einem netten Lokal Mittagessen. Sehr Interessant Tour und sehr guter Tourguide welchen ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.Tolle und Interessante Infos über Bali

Wir sind per Zufall auf Made und diese Seite gestoßen und haben zwei Tagesausflüge mit ihm unternommen. Made hat uns die Insel, die Kultur und das Essen wunderbar nahe gebracht. Wir haben uns während der Touren pudelwohl gefühlt. Made war rundum flexibel, hat die Touren vollständig auf unsere Wünsche angepasst und immer die optimalen Zeiten für bspw. den Besuch im Monkey Forest gewählt. Ein absoluter Traum! Made spricht sehr gutes Deutsch und hat auf jede Frage hinsichtlich Umgebung, Kultur, Ausflugsziele oder Essen in Bali eine Antwort und meistens sogar noch einen hilfreichen Tipp dazu. I thoroughly enjoyed my day of tours with Budi. He arrived on time and was well prepared for the days trip. he double checked to ensure i have items needed for the trip before existing the hotel. We did a days tour of water falls locations around Bali and Budi was very flexible with itinerary for the day. He changed plans on my request and even assisted with finding swim shop which i requested for. Overall tour experience was awesome due to his excellent knowledge of history and his enthusiastic character and very well coordinated. He was always available and gave his best advise when needed. Best of all.. he took amazing pictures of me infront of the waterfalls. To top it up..Budi took me to try authentic Balinise street food. The food was amazing. I will highly recommend his service. His tour was fantastic. Although I was not sure what to expect and the tour doesn’t include any of the “must see spots in Bali”, I loved every minute of the route. He is knowledgeable about Balinese culture and shared all the details along the way. He answered all my questions ranging from religion, culture, food…which was quite impressive. I learned a lot from him. Lunch at local Warung was pleasant as well in relaxing environment. Never tasted anything like it in other touristic areas. And coffee in local coffee shop…! Mmmm…you will love the experience if you are a coffee lover like me! The pace of the tour was on point and I didn’t get tired at all and didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this tour with Agung if you are a person who is curious and prefer the alternative of cookie cutter tour!Far beyond my expectation :)

Budi was friendly, patient and passionate about his culture. It was a pleasure to spend time with him. The visit to the museum was lovely, as well as the temple. We learnt a lot with Budi. One thing that could be improved is the visit of the local market. Sellers obviously try to scam tourists and even though Budi offered to bargain, I managed to get a better price than him. We are very used to bargain in markets in Asia so we are aware of scammers. It would be nice if the guide got an agreement with some sellers to taste some products at the market and allow the clients to buy small portions at decent prices.

We had a really great time with Budi. Unfortunately for us we had to start the tour late (our fault) and many places were closed but that didn't stop Budi. He showed us around the markets and sights and was very chatty and knew such a lot of things, his English was very very good. We certainly learnt a lot. He kept in constant contact with us so we knew everything was on schedule. We can really recommend Budi to anyone who would like a Bali tour and will be contacting him again when we can return. I only had 36 hours in Bali and wanted to spend a few hours seeing something off the beaten track. Budi was a great guide. We hired June Sophia for both a Food Tour and Custom Island tour and I cannot say enough about how amazing she is! She got to know our group and our food tastes and shared dishes with us we never would have tried, which were all delicious! Our trips with Merta were amazing. From the initial planning, the advise and the days itself. Merta was on time, super patient with us and was amazing with the kids, shown by the amount of hugs he was getting. Conversations were interesting and we learned a lot about Balinese culture. We specifically requested to not visit very touristy or busy areas but still see all the gems of Ubud (monkeys, rice paddies, coffee tasting). We also threw in butterfly park last minute. De Nopi took us to low key locations to show us all of these things and most of the time we were the only ones there. We loved it! The plantation was our highlight. He was accommodating and flexible and we loved it, had the best day ever. Thank you De Nopi!Amazing day, saw all the hidden treasures!

We had a wonderful time on the Denpasar food market tour with June. We came hungry and weren't disappointed. June was very communicative and met us on time. June first offered us to try various fresh fruits, then soups and chicken skewers. Everything was so tasty and she customised the orders based on our family's preferences. We loved how enthusiastic and bubbly June was and apart from the food tour, June was willing to give general travel advice and tips and other historical information of Denpasar as we walked between good places. She was super patient and never rushed us. Our tour went longer than expected between the different stops and general chitchat. We highly recommend June as a tour guide. We started with a guide and felt like the night ended with her as a friend. Definitely a five star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
