We saw the other side of Chinatown that tourists don’t really see We also visited the flower market and finished with a tour of Wat Arun which is spectacular 💜 Sudarat is full of knowledge and good information. Araya is a very knowledgeable guide, at the same time able to get "dry" historical information across in an entertaining and didactic way. Also, I learned a lot of individual life background and every day life in Bangkok. Visiting the Or Toe Kor food market and joint lunch after the tour with the public transport boat was a great way of finishing the 1/2 day tour. Sudarat was absolutely amazing. As soon as I booked she sent me a message asking what we wanted to do on the tour. I gave her a rough idea of what we wanted to do and she came up with a few suggestions. I asked for some “off the beaten path” stuff and she did not disappoint. At most of the places we went to we were the only tourists there. It felt very private and special but also safe. I would love to do another tour with her again some time.Amazing Tour!

This is one of the most confusing reviews I’ve had to write — and the reason is quite simple: we had a lovely tour that we truly enjoyed, led by a wonderful guide whom we deeply appreciated, but we didn’t exactly get what we had asked for. We had specifically requested a tour that would resemble a food tour. While we did buy food from three different places, we only ate at one of them during the tour — the other two we ended up eating back at our hotel after the tour had finished. That was the only part we didn’t really enjoy. Apart from that, Chef Hnoi was an excellent guide. She spoke very good English, answered all of our questions, showed us some beautiful and interesting parts of the city, and every recommendation she gave about Bangkok turned out to be spot on. We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our tour with Sudarat in Bangkok. She is a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable guide who made our day truly memorable. We started by visiting Wat Pho to see the breathtaking Reclining Buddha. Sudarat shared fascinating details about its history and significance, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and genuine passion for her culture. Afterward, we went to a floating market and then enjoyed an exhilarating long-tail boat ride, which gave us a unique perspective of Bangkok’s waterways. Finally we asked her to take us to the Sikh Gurdwara, which she found for us and was also genuinely interested to visit the Gurdwara with us. My wife, our 7-year-old son, and I had a fantastic tour around Bangkok with Sudarat. It was such a wonderful way to discover parts of the city we never would have uncovered on our own. Sudarat was truly amazing — especially with our usually shy and reserved boy. She engaged with him so naturally that he warmed to her almost immediately. Throughout the tour she found fun and thoughtful ways to keep Patty involved, which he absolutely loved, while still offering more than enough insight and depth to keep the adults fascinated. The tour struck the perfect balance of fun and education, with great insights into Bangkok’s incredible history, Thai traditions, and Buddhist culture. In just a few hours, we managed to see stunning temples and the giant reclining Buddha, feed turtles, ride in tuk tuks, enjoy sticky mango rice, wander through the flower markets, and so much more. It was an unforgettable experience, and Sudarat was a truly outstanding guide. I was really happy with my tour with Nok. We talked and walked for four hours, took a river ferry and a tuk tuk, and I tried a wide range of amazing Bangkok food. We walked a bunch of different neighbourhoods, starting with an informative walk around the big temple complex Wat Ratchanatdaram, and finishing with the flower markets. Nok is a lovely person, great company, and an informative guide. She introduced me to so much outstanding Thai food, and great family run food businesses. I liked it that she was very responsive to my interests and what I wanted to do. Thanks so much Nok!

Ayara is a nice person. However the evening tour she organised was not designed for guests staying in hotel located city center (Sukhumvit, Asok, etc). On a 3 hours tour, we spent 40mn in transport including crowded underground at rush hours . Not efficient . The rest is by Tuk Tuk going from one place to the other. Also don’t bother with Chinatown in the evening , it has lost its soul and is more like a Disney park nowadays …the rest of the tote was fine including flowers market. For us considering what we paid it was below average.Too much time spent in transport

Really great morning (4 hours) with Chatchai. We only visited one major tourist site (reclining buddha) which was by our request as we wanted to see more local highlights without the crowds. Chatchai showed us some more local temples, the flower market and China town, with 2 teenage boys we needed it to be engaging and it was, jumping on and off Tuk-tuks, preparing a lotus flower and presenting it in the temple (our favourite part), feeding turtles and giving us lots of interesting facts along the way. We highly recommend the tour and Chatchai as a fantastic guide. ThanksFamily friendly Tour

We had a great day visiting the train market and floating market with Tuangtip (Tai) as our guide. The tour was very well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Tai shared excellent tips throughout and managed to avoid the biggest crowds as much as realistically possible. Tai brought a selection of local Thai breakfast treats for us to enjoy (very thoughtful especially given the early start of the trip) , shared interesting insights about the fruits at the market, and was wonderfully attentive to the wide age range of our kids, making the experience engaging for both the youngest and the teens. One unexpected highlight was a quiet stop at a local Buddhist temple, away from tourist routes – we learned a lot and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. With only 24 hours in Bangkok, I am so glad we booked a tour in advance. There was no way I could have navigated the city with family in tow after a long flight from the UK. We struck gold with our guide Tuangtip. Not only was she communicative in advance with clear guidance on meeting points but her warmth and friendliness was so appreciated as she introduced us to the key sights of the city. Her knowledge of the places we visited was superb and she made it engaging and interactive, drawing the attention of two late teen, sleep deprived boys - this was not an easy feat. We had a fantastic morning on our tour. Sudurat is friendly and knowledgeable, and was really good with our kids (ages 6 and 8). Our evening with Nok was truly wonderful. To celebrate my husband's birthday, she created a special food tour centered around his favorite dish, Laab. We were so touched that she also brought a small gift. The tour took us to three fantastic locations, from a small food stall to a proper restaurant. We had a great time being taken around a bunch of local areas and trying foods we would never have found otherwise. It was nice having it personalised and a bit of choice to find what also suits our tastes, whilst still getting new experiences. My only advice is to turn up hungry. We tried a mix of dishes, before finding a bunch of different desserts in Chinatown. We got to go down some of the side streets and to small local street food vendors. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to taste and discover a great variety of Thai food.Amazing food selection

From the moment we met Araya we knew we were going to have a fantastic afternoon. She explained where we would be going, asked us about any allergies etc. and took us to some wonderful local eateries you would probably not find or even feel comfortable visiting if you didn't know what to ask for. Me and my two grown daughters had a lovely and exciting day out of Bangkok with Nok. We visited the train market, the floating market and then she even gave us to and extra experience by taking us to the mangrove forest and seeing the swimming monkeys.
