We loved our tour with Claudio. The three hours flew by. He took us to the main sights, but also adapted the content to our interests and showed us some special sights. He was patient with our one year old too. We ended our tour at the marketplace. Great tour of Copenhagen!

He gave us many valuable insights into the local culture and took us to all the important sites. As per our request, we didn't explore any of them in depth, as we did that on our own later. Claudio was able to connect the past and the present to give us a fantastic appreciation for Copenhagen - from it's royal past (and present) to how the modern government functions in the daily life of Danes. We saw all the highlights and often avoided other tourists at the same time. That is a wonderful experience. Claudio also engaged our interest in food and beverage by pointing out hot spots and also explaining the vibrant and still growing food scene in the city. We enjoyed our tour with Grazi a lot. At the beginning she asked us some questions to better understand what we are interested in. She gave us a great overview of the Danish and Scandinavian history which helped us a lot to better understand the city. If you are looking for an insight into Copenhagen’s history and culture then Claudio is the guide for you. He readily adjusted the tour to accommodate our interests and happily answered all our many questions. He is a storyteller and has a way with words. I’ve used with WithLocals before and they were good but after this recent experience, I can’t recommend them. I booked a guide for my son who was flying in from London but he had to cancel due to the large fire at Heathrow. Granted it was within 24-hours (which was 36 hours after I booked) but they were not extenuating circumstances and that both the agency and guide acknowledged. And yet I received the runaround from WithLocals and the guide each willing to forego fees if the other agreed. Despite each agreeing, at the end, WithLocals claimed the guide walked back his agreement to forego. Disappointing

Monica is a delight. I arrived in Copenhagen early and I had many hours to kill so I booked an overview tour and boy did I get the one! We saw so much and she was so full of interesting tidbits about Copenhagen’s history, growth, society and culture. I also learned how easy it was to traverse this beautiful city. Claudio was friendly, professional, competent and very knowledgeable. He conducted me on a walking tour of Copenhagen and honestly, I did not feel the time pass by at all. He got a great mix of the history of Copenhagen, the important landmarks and what they meant, stories of locations and personalities, and importantly, an expert view of the culinary scene in the city.
