Anna was so great that we booked her for a second day of touring outside of town in Lavaux. In Geneva, she took us to the tourist must stops like the fountain and statues, but we got there on a ferry boat, and we had a chocolate stop and cheese tasting at the end. She assisted with trains, dinner reservations, and had detailed history throughout. She speaks English very well, but also speaks another three languages if needed. Our group of 10 had an interesting and educational tour of Geneva with Adriana. A bus and driver were included so we covered much of Geneva including Old Town, the parks near the lake, and the UN/Botanical Garden area. We were on the bus part of the time but walked around many of the places we visited. Adriana did an excellent job of keeping our group informed and organized, so I would recommend her highly.An interesting and educational tour of Geneva

We had a large group (8 people) that Adriana was able to accommodate. Because we got into Geneva late, we had limited shops available but Adriana was able to book us a private tasting at a store after closing. The store was amazing, and so was the chocolate! She then spent extra time with us walking around the city, eating gelato, and booking us a dinner reservation! She even brought us on the Lake Geneva boat to get a closer view of the mountains. We had the best time and would not have had half the knowledge we do without her!!BEST TOUR EVER

The tour of Geneva with Adriana was great. She arranged everything for us from sitting at the famous restaurant for fondue for lunch to making chocolate at a private chocolate store and visiting an old synagogue in Geneva. Her knowledge and personality was excellent and we all had a great time. We were a group of 22 people with nine kids, some adults and some senior citizens and Adriana managed to accommodate everyone. O que dizer sobre a Adriana e sobre a guia perfeita que ela é? Desde o nosso primeiro contato ela se mostrou totalmente acessível e empenhada em nos ajudar com a realização dos sonhos da nossa família que era conhecer a neve e o mercado de Natal! Assim que ela nos encontrou na estação de trem ela presenteou as nossas filhas com docinhos tradicionais da região dela, achei a atitude dela de uma gentileza tão grande, obrigada pelo carinho! Nosso tour começou em uma cidade linda chamada Montreux, fizemos o mercado de Natal e sim vale a muito a pena pois ele é maravilhoso e cheio de comidas maravilhosas, e o melhor de ter a Adriana por perto foi que ela nos apresentou os melhores lugares para comer, e após comer ela nos levou até a Roda Gigante aonde tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa e o melhor de tudo foi que ela fez vários vídeos e fotos nossas! Após a ida a Montreux partimos para Les Avants, conseguimos pegar um trem mais antigo que tinha uma arquitetura mais antiga e foi mágico estar lá dentro e ao mesmo tempo poder contemplar toda aquela paisagem branquinha coberta pela neve, e ao chegarmos lá ela fez os melhores registros da nossa viagem, o nosso contato com a neve, e que experiência maravilhosa, foi literalmente emocionante estar lá com a minha família podendo vivenciar tudo isso! Ela nos levou para comer o melhor fondue das nossas vidas, foi uma experiência incrível!!! On a trip to do the trek Mont Blanc, found ourselves with 3 days spare prior in Geneva . Having previously wandered around aimlessly in tourist cities, not really getting full benefit of the history nor attractions- decided to engage the services of a private tour guide. We were very fortunate to be put in contact with Caroline, who was able to offer us 3 whole days, each with vastly different experiences. This included Day 1- a visit to the United Nations neighbourhood of Geneva, where we benefited from Caroline’s knowledge, she having previously worked for the UN, then a walk through the botanic gardens and along a shore of Lake Geneva, then a walk through the old town Day 2- after a captivating train trip, a walk through the beautiful vineyards of Lavaux, then a visit to Chillon castle- Day 3- another train trip - this time to Gruyère, to have a surprisingly interesting visit of a chocolate and cheese factory, then a walk up to the medieval town of Gruyère and the medieval castle -a totally different experience compared to the chilling Chillion castle from the previous day. At all times, Caroline was charming, punctual, informative, knowledgeable and patient. She certainly did not try and hurry us at any stage- all tours were genuine all day experiences. Carolina was a great guide, very knowledgeable and outgoing. She’s passionate about what she does. she’s patient, and we adapted together as the tour progressed. The vineyard walk with the lake view was magical. The medieval villages walk was a plus.
