Hassan was a great tour guide for our family with three children 4, 6 and 8. We specifically booked him because he had lots of experience, and were able to list what it was that we wanted to do (or not do, hoping to avoid feel pressured to buy). Hassan has family connections in the Medina and knew a lot of people which meant that we could enter certain mosques, tunnels, community kitchens and local-spots which we would never had found on our own. We felt safe navigating the warren of streets in the souks that we've got lost in before and would recommend his tours to other families and those wanting to see a different side to every day life in Marrakech. It was also super helpful to us that he was able to organise for pick up and drop off to our hotel, and delivery of a rug that we'd bought.Family- friendly Medina tour

Rachid met us off our hotel shuttle bus and from the outset he provided a knowledgeable, relaxed and interesting service. We were incredibly lucky to explore Marrakech with Jaafar on the day of Eid – a truly unique experience. The usually bustling souks were quiet and peaceful, giving the city a completely different, almost magical atmosphere. Jaafar made the most of this special day. He shared fascinating historical facts, gave us great tips for planning the rest of our trip, and even brought water to keep us comfortable. He offered deep insights into local life – from how traditional bakeries work to daily customs that you’d never find in a guidebook. As this was are first time in Morrocco/ Marrakech my husband and I thought it was a good idea to get guide to show us around the medina. Redouan is a very friendly man full of local knowledge. He certainly enlightened us in more ways than one as we discussed everything from history to religion and crafts walking narrow alleyways in the medina we would never have seen on our own. It was very interesting to observe local craftsmen doing their work. It was our first day in Marrakech and a perfect way to start our visit. Redouan recommended a local rooftop restaurant for lunch after our tour who had the local dish we had been shown how were made earlier and it was a perfect place for us to enjoy great food and let all the impressions from our hours with Redouan sink in. We would have given Redouan full score if we didn't find that it was at times a bit difficult to understand his English. Interesting start of our stay

We were lucky enough to be able to book Redouan and have an absolutely amazing day with him in Morocco. We went all around Marrakech. He took us to beautiful and special places — the palace, the university, the Secret Garden and walked us through the Souk. I had the absolute best morning with Hassan. He arrived earlier than the agreed time and showed me parts of the old town which I'd never discover on my own. Marrakech a 40 grados en Agosto y con una niña de 5 años, no es destino más sencillo...calor gente por todas partes, tú intentando a llegar con google maps a los lugares, y una niña diciwndo que no quiere caminar, se puede hacer cuesta arriba. Por lo que un tour guiado para nuestra primera noche en la ciudad era lo que niestra familia necesitaba. Nos decidimos a hacer el tour con Lhoussiane con algunos miedos, ya que casi no tenía votaciones en esta plataforma, pero acabamos pasando una tarde/noche única. Nos presentó a su guía Mohammed quien habla perfectamente castellano y nos hizo la parte cultural y explicativa de tour, y Lhousiane nos hizo la parte del tour gourmet y nos llevó a probar cosas que jamás hubiéramos hecho por nuestra cuenta. I spent two days in the Atlas Mountains and surrounding regions with Brahim. What could have been a standard sightseeing tour became an extraordinary journey, thanks to Brahim’s professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of his homeland. Our trip began in Imlil, a picturesque village often considered the gateway to the Atlas Mountains. Brahim organized the perfect balance of adventure and hospitality. After I hiked a beautiful mountain trail with his best friend Mohamed; Brahim welcomed me into his family home where he and his wife Aïcha prepared a traditional Berber lunch. The following day we crossed the Tizi n’Tichka pass, the highest major road in the Atlas Mountains at roughly 2,200 meters. In Ouarzazate, we explored Atlas Studios, famously known as the “Hollywood of North Africa,” followed by the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Aït Benhaddou. On the way back, nature treated us to a surprise: a sudden haboob, a swirling desert sandstorm that turned the journey into yet another unforgettable memory. Brahim stands out not just for his organizational skills and knowledge, but also for the personal care he brings to his work. He treats travelers as friends, not clients, and his ability to combine professionalism with genuine hospitality creates an experience that feels both seamless and deeply authentic. We just spent a full day with Ouidad on the Marrakech City Tour and it was absolutely incredible. After having such a great experience with her during the night tour, we knew it would be special, but she somehow managed to make this one even better. I am so pleased we found Ibrahim for our trip to Morocco, I can not speak highly enough of him and the team he has. I was in Marrakesh with my two teenage kids, and finding things they both want to do is always hard! I decided to hire Ibrahim for 2 full days, and it was the best decision I could have made. At such a hot time, it was great to be picked up in a very new air-conditioned car, the comfort makes it so much more enjoyable. We hiked in the Atlas Mountains, had lunch at Ibrahim's house in his lovely village. You literally can't get a more authentic experience than that - we felt very comfortable and privileged to be there. And of course the food was amazing. We also went quad biking, had a massive tour of the medina and the city, ate at amazing local food places - all in all a great experience. I see these tours where you are part of a very large group, but I can only urge you to pay a little more and take a private tour with Ibrahim, everything is tailored to your needs, your time frame and there's no waiting around for anything.
