Of all our tours in Rome, this one was the best. Our small group of four felt like true Romans, walking the side streets of Rome to get to all the sites. Simone explained the history of this marvelous city and took us to some great places off the beaten path. Simone was very knowledgably, informative and patient. The tour was with my 3 teens and I and we picked the Rome our way tour in hopes of just seeing the major sights in Rome and we were able to do that! Voor onze citytrip met ons bedrijf was ik op zoek naar iets anders dan de standaard dingen die je in Rome doet. Wij zijn met Sal naar de Aquaducten geweest en in stukje van Rome geweest waar geen tourist te bekennen is. Het was een verademing en Sal wist zo veel te vertellen hierover! We did a 3 hr walking tour at the end of the day along some obvious highlights of the city but on the way Simone also showed us some hidden gems. Churches, residences, local restaurants etc. No rush, good stories and historical information made it a great and interesting tour. My 17 year old son was very pleased as well. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag mit Romain. Durch die besondere Situation in der Stadt ( Beerdigung des Papstes), haben wir auch eine besondere Tour mit Romain erlebt- so ein wenig die „Hidden Places“ von Rom erlebt ! Unser Fußmarsch führte uns eben nicht zu den „ Highlights“ für Touristen, sondern vorbei an kleineren Kirchen und Brunnen, durch herrliche Viertel - mit besonderer Architektur, bis hin in den wunderschönen Park um die Villa Borghese mit dem Abschluss auf dem Besucheraussichtspunkt und dem fantastischen Ausblick auf Rom ! Romain war toll !! Zum einen verfügte er über enormes Wissen- ohne uns damit zu überladen - beantwortete jede unserer Fragen, kurzum, erlebten wir ein auf uns persönlich eingestelltes Programm. Zum Kaffee hat er uns auch noch eingeladen 😀, daher : immer gerne wieder, es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht . Vielen lieben DankImmer wieder gerne mir Romain

We booked Bado for a city walk guided tour, with our 2 kids, aged 7 and 15, while we were visiting Rome for the first time. Firstly, Bado is really friendly and so easy to chat to. He balanced history, culture, architecture and story-telling perfectly. It wasn't too much info so as to overload the kids and he was so happy to answer their questions and pick up on what interested and engaged each of them. We covered a lot of ground, all the 'showstopper' moments (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum) and stopping regularly along the way for views you might not get on a larger more generic tour, and of course breaks for gelato and snacks (crucial when touring a city with kids!) This kind of personalised pace is something you simply cannot get when joining a big group. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Bado!Super Experience with Bado!

Daniele personalized the tour to our specific interests. We visited places we would not have found on our own. We stopped in a local wine shop for a glass of wine and a cafe for espresso. he spoke about the frescos and gave us a history on Rome. We explored alleys and stopped in a garden in a library. Daniele, we asked Daniele to take us to sights and neighbourhoods away from the highlights in central historic room. This he did admirably. Collecting the 4 of us from our hotel, he took us to places we would not have gone to or found by ourselves. His anecdotes and humour also enlivened the walk and have given us a very good memory of a part of hidden Rome. Our tour with Daniele was one of the best experiences in our 4.5 weeks in Europe. We did the tour with him on the first afternoon in Rome so was a perfect introduction. His explanations were clear and really interesting. He took the time to understand what we were interested in and incorporated this in his tour. We didn't go to the 'big'tourist spots in Rome - he took us to amazing street food (some of the places we revisited in the following days), we wound through neighbourhoods we may not have discovered on our own and had a really great three hours. Thank you - my husband and I really enjoyed it - and our three teenagers absolutely loved it. Excellent introduction to Rome

We wanted to see the city from a local's perspective and we got right what we wanted. Francesca is very knowledgeable about art and history and took us trough a very interesting walking tour, taking the time to explain in detail the history and stories about the places we visited. I travelled with my kids 12, 15, 25 and my wife, they all were mesmerized by her explanations and detail of information. We asked Simone if he would take us on a cycling tour of Rome and he was happy to oblige. He changed the meeting point to a local cycle hire shop, and then took us on a 3 hour tour of all the main sights of Rome, filled with fascinating insights and stories, as well as taking us to a few great hidden gems.
