Francesca taught our group of 3 the pantheon, piazza navona, altare Della patria, Trajan column, and st Ignatious church. She was super flexible adapting to our eldest member pace and explaining everything from scratch so we can really understand concepts. she gave us practical tips and a good advice as to where to eat. Daniele, we asked Daniele to take us to sights and neighbourhoods away from the highlights in central historic room. This he did admirably. Collecting the 4 of us from our hotel, he took us to places we would not have gone to or found by ourselves. His anecdotes and humour also enlivened the walk and have given us a very good memory of a part of hidden Rome. We will happily recommend Daniele and hope to be able to walk with him again on a future visit to RomeA walk through time

Our tour with Daniele was one of the best experiences in our 4.5 weeks in Europe. We did the tour with him on the first afternoon in Rome so was a perfect introduction. His explanations were clear and really interesting. He took the time to understand what we were interested in and incorporated this in his tour. We didn't go to the 'big'tourist spots in Rome - he took us to amazing street food (some of the places we revisited in the following days), we wound through neighbourhoods we may not have discovered on our own and had a really great three hours. Thank you - my husband and I really enjoyed it - and our three teenagers absolutely loved it. Excellent introduction to Rome

We wanted to see the city from a local's perspective and we got right what we wanted. Francesca is very knowledgeable about art and history and took us trough a very interesting walking tour, taking the time to explain in detail the history and stories about the places we visited. I travelled with my kids 12, 15, 25 and my wife, they all were mesmerized by her explanations and detail of information. We asked Simone if he would take us on a cycling tour of Rome and he was happy to oblige. He changed the meeting point to a local cycle hire shop, and then took us on a 3 hour tour of all the main sights of Rome, filled with fascinating insights and stories, as well as taking us to a few great hidden gems. Simone is personable and provided some local cultural insight. He adapted his tour based in our interest and knowledge. There were 2 minor issues with our tour. We stopped at a modern art museum although neither of us has an interest. It appeared Simone wanted to visit a friend and get us to buy him a coffee. The second is that we were about 20 Meters from the meeting point and Simone couldn't find us. We were the only 2 people standing near the meeting point and obviously waiting for someone. We eventually connected and Simone gave us the full tour. He handled the delay well and we enjoyed the complete 3 hour tour. Historical Rome

Simone was a fantastic guide. He showed me so many hidden gems that gave me a chance to further explore later in the day and during my remaining days in Rome. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Rome and is very personable. His kickstarter tour was a perfect start to my vacation! There is so much to see in Rome that a walking tour, especially with Simone is the best way to get acquainted with the city. We happen upon a ceremony that was dedicated to the tomb of the unknown soldier and we stayed to watch the ceremony. It was very moving. Simone knows all the back way and how to avoid the crowds. We had an excellent off the beaten path tour with Simone. I loved his approach to walking through open doors to see treasures hidden inside whether it be churches, gardens or other hidden places. We had two tours with Simone, the City Tour and the Food Tour. Both were great. Simone is very friendly, very flexible, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the history of each place and is a good engaging story teller. He moved our food tour to Campo de Fiori because the Vatican market was closed on Sunday, and introduced us to different foods based on what we liked. We booked Niko on the first day of our 2 weeks in Rome for an "introduction to the area" private tour. It was our first time in Europe, so I was a little stressed. Niko fixed that. Thomas was a very good and knowledgeable guide, we only had a day in Rome on a layover and hiring Thomas was the best decision we made. I was traveling with my 15 year old son and Thomas was very accommodating to our timeline, he knew what we could do in a short time during peak tourist season to get the most out of our experience and he showed us the best spots possible. And was a wealth of information. He made the history come alive for us, He took us to cafes owned by the same family for many generations and I had the best cappuccino of my life! He also went above and beyond to make sure we were on time to the right train back to the airport. Without him we surely would have missed our train. Simone did our kick-off tour of Rome. Unfortunately, I planned poorly and scheduled for 3.5 hours after 20 hours of travel, so a wee bit tired. Not Simone's fault at all, and if only we had the energy he did. He was awesome.....all week long, when we re-visited, oh look, Simone brought us here! He covered so much in so little time, absolutely all the highlights, and gave us a great start to get our bearings of this beautiful city of Rome. He was like walking with a friend, showing us the beautiful sights and explaining the history, and even stopping at a little street pizza spot that was awesome. He was a straight up book of knowledge. After our tour, Simone sent a message via WhatsApp with a list of suggested restaurants. We tried 3, and he scored on all of them....best restaurant suggestions while in Rome, with Sora Margherita being our favorite! Simone, no words could express our thanks enough.
