Ngoun is your perfect personal guide in Siem Reap. We had booked him for a two-day trip. The first day, he picked us up early to see the sunrise over Angkor Vat, which was truly amazing. The next day we explored surrounding sights. Ngoun is knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. He knows the area and adjusts according to the circumstances. For example, when he saw that several tour buses were headed to a particular sight, he changed the sequence of our visit so that we avoided the crowds. I can very much recommend Ngoun.
Our experience with Lux was great! Always on time, always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. For English speakers, you will have excellent communication and the ability to customize your tour.
This was our second tour with Long, and such an emotional one. Visiting Kampong Phluk, a fishermen village on the Tonlé Sap lake is as rare occasion to discover Cambodia, hidden beyond its majestic temples. And getting there in the late hours of daylight, in dry season, displayed the reality of families between their boats, and their houses nested on the top of high rising wooden poles many meters above water level: fragility, solidarity, determination. The history of humanity since ever. And a wonderful view at the lake horizon to provide serenity and hope.
Wir hatte 2 wundervolle Tage mit unserem großartigen Guide Ngoun. Seine tiefgehenden Kenntnisse über die Geschichte und Kultur der Tempelanlagen waren überwältigend. Er brachte uns die Mystik von Angkor Wat auf eine Weise näher, die sowohl informativ als auch faszinierend war. Der Besuch des Food Market war ein Erlebnis und auch vom Dorf am Tonle Sap haben wir viele Eindrücke gewinnen können. Die Kinder wurden von ihm gut einbezogen und sie waren trotz des ungewohnten frühen Aufstehens mit Begeisterung dabei und sind immer noch von den vielen Erlebnissen beeindruckt. Seine Leidenschaft und seine Begeisterung für die Historie machten jede Tour zu einem Erlebnis. Zudem war er unglaublich freundlich und stets bereit, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen. Ich kann diesen Guide jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Siem Reap besucht. Ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise, von der wir beeindruckende Erinnerungen mit nach Hause nehmen.
