Darko made our Split visit amazing!
Darko arrived on time to pick us up in his very comfortable and clean car. Making location arrangements was easy and close to the cruise ship. Our first stop was the caves and these are not to be missed. They are incredibly impressive. Darko shared great insights about Split and Croatia on the short drive. We also visited the nearby fortress before heading back to Split for our requested “express” tour of the old town. He left us with a great lunch recommendation. Darko is all that is good about private tours. He takes his job seriously but doesn’t just talk dates and facts, there was context. We appreciated hearing about his story as well. Thank you Darko. Your tour was great!

Trogir and Winery
Our private tour of Trogir and wine tasting with Darko was the best! His communication was excellent from booking to pickup. He was full of information about Trogir and Croatia in general. He made sure we stopped for a coffee in the town square, and he had us sample a local treat. He took us to a winery where we sampled wines and traditional Croatian food, which was amazing. Darko was so accommodating; spending time with us, guiding us, and making sure we were comfortable, while also allowing us time on our own. Darko shared so much about Croatian history, culture, and daily life. We not only learned a lot from him; we also had a chance to experience a bit of Croatia from someone who loves Croatia!!!

Amazing day!
Darko is great. He is very knowledgeable of the area and history associated with it. He is fluent in English and easy to understand. When we come back to Croatia we will definitely book another tour with him. Highly recommend.

Excellent tour highly recommended guide
Darko gave us a wonderful tour of the caves, which is highly recommended and not accessible by the bus tours. We almost had the caves to ourselves and it was breathtaking and so serene. Also a nice tour of the fortress followed by a taste of Split. Wonderful time.
