Catherine was a gem. We already love, love, love cheese and are relatively familiar with many varieties, but Catherine was able to explain the ecological, geographic, and economic histories behind the production of various French cheeses so that we felt we were eating fabulous new things paired with the perfect wine. Highly recommended.
