One of my best experience on my latest trip to Paris. A private, up close and personal affair with macarons, with Chef Jean Yves of course. Thank you for a wonderful morning, and all the sharings on how to get the perfect macarons, all the time! I love the fact that not only do I bake beautiful macarons in your kitchen, but also when I get back home!

Delicious and delightful!!

We had the absolute best experience with Chef Jean Yves at his private restaurant! His macaron class felt more authentically “Parisian” than anything else we did while we were in Paris. From the warm welcome, to the incredible ambience, to the delectable champagne and macarons, this experience tops our list of must-dos!

Amazing Class on Macarons!

My husband loves to make macarons and wanted some tweaks to improve the process. Well, Jean-Yves entirely changed his mind on how to perfect the process. Now home, we can hardly wait to jump in and try our new tips and tricks. It was such a delightful macaron class, in a beautiful setting, we decided to come to one of his dinners the following week. The French/Asian fusion was delightful and our tastebuds are so incredibly happy we returned, bringing along some friends to experience the ambiance and food with us. Jean-Yves, and Fred, were the perfect hosts. When we return to Paris we will definitely have dinner again with them.
