We had such a great day with Anna. Very easy to communicate with. My kids are 21, 13, and 11. She was engaging with them all. She had treats and rewards, which they loved. Highly recommend Anna. She truly enjoys what she does.

From the bustling harbor to the quiet charm of hidden alleyways and even an organ recital(!!) our tour of Hamburg was nothing short of magical, thanks entirely to Vitalina. With an infectious passion for the city and a deep well of knowledge, she transformed what could have been a standard sightseeing trip into an unforgettable journey through Hamburg's heart and soul. We hit the major highlights, but what was really special was Vitalina's knowledge of often over-looked sights, smells, and sounds of Hamburg. From coffee shops and franzbrötchen , to fish sandwiches and church steeples, Vitalina had it ALL covered. Highly recommend spending time with her when you are in this special city!

Vitalina heeft ons op een mooi tempo de stad laten zien. Onze trein was verlaat en ze was zelf zo flexibel om na ons diner de tour af te maken. Ze is erg enthousiast en we raden haar zeker aan.

Vitalina was an amazing guide. She communicated with me prior to the tour and was on time at the meeting place. She took us every where and was knowledgeable on each site’s history and significance. We saw a lot during our time with her but never felt rushed or pressured to move on to the next stop. Highly recommend!
