Pirelli HangarBicocca is a non-profit foundation, established in 2004, which has converted a former industrial plant in Milan into an institution for producing and promoting contemporary art.
Characterized by an articulated architectural configuration which combines seven existing buildings with three new structures, the venue is the result of the transformation of a distillery dating back to the 1910’s.

Gonzalo is such a great person and very accommodating although I was late from my side he waited for me and the tour was smooth and informative.
Highly recommended and can’t wait to have more tours with him once I’m in Milan again.

Unforgettable evening at HangarBicocca
Coming to HangarBicocca and seeing Anselm Kiefer’s The Seven Heavenly Palaces and Cerith Wyn Evans The Illuminating Gas was an awe inspiring experience, a must for everyone who is visiting Milan. I’m very grateful to Gonzalo, an expert on modern art, a great artist himself and a very friendly and welcoming person for bringing me there and making this evening unforgettable!

Great guide, great tour, great art
I was fortunate to have Gonzalo guide me through the breathtakingly beautiful Fondazione Prada. Gonzalo is so knowledgeable and passionate about art and design and he is also an incredibly cordial and welcoming person - you feel like you’re spending an evening with a friend!
