Gennaro was very accommodating and met us early because we had finished our other tourist activities early. He picked us up from a location that worked for us and immediately made a great impression. Gennaro is funny, engaging and intelligent and knows all about both the history of Naples and pizza 😁
I'm not going to spoil the surprises by listing exactly what we did but it was a great afternoon of learning and sampling food. It was really hot and Gennaro kept us topped up with liquids from different bars and cafes. When we got to the pizza making part of the afternoon, both Gennaro and the staff at the cafe had a deep knowledge of exactly how it should be done. I learnt so much from the session and we made some really good authentic pizzas.
My teenage daughters really enjoyed the afternoon as well, both being much better than me at the pizza making.
Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy!

Great and authentic experience!
Gennaro made me and my family an unforgettable afternoon with lots of Pizza! We startet with a relaxed walk through a beautiful quarter of Naples we did not know before. Gennaro was so flexible to adapt the tour when we wanted to stop at a pizza place spontaneously. We went to a small pizzeria then and learned how to make authentic pizza from the owner and Gennaro who worked together as a great team. We loved it and will definitely come back there. Gennaro is a 100 % recommendation and definitely a great guide!

Best Pizza Making Experience!
We had a wonderful time as a family learning how to make authentic Neapolitan pizzas with Gennaro. He took us to his friend Vincenzo’s Pizza Bar, who has been making pizza since in the womb!! We learnt how to make the dough from scratch, including how to activate the yeast and mix and knead the dough perfectly. We then learnt how to prepare the ingredients with vital tips we never knew. We had lots of fun learning how to push the dough into shape - it’s such an art, and we can’t wait to do it at home. Afterwards we pulled the uncooked pizzas onto the paddle and watched them go into the 450 degrees C oven, and then sat down to enjoy them afterwards - with a Peroni beer of course! They were absolutely delicious!! Thank you to Gennaro for such a fun afternoon - we laughed so much, and our pizza making session was the perfect break from touring all day. We also did another 2 yours with Gennaro in Naples (City Tour and 10 tastings of Naples) and we can’t recommend him enough. He’s kind, funny, generous, knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about the city of Naples. Gennaro also asked us to contact him at any time with questions we may have. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Italy

Great time on the Amalfi Coast.
Our tour with Mariagrazia was great. We spent the day touring the Amalfi Coast. Her knowledge of the area was fantastic. She was prompt and courteous, with a nice sense of humor. We definitely appreciated her driving ability on the tight winding roads of the area. We had a great meal in a restaurant she recommended. We like eating where the locals eat. It was perfect.
We highly recommend Mariagrazia if you’re looking for an informative day that is fun and filled with local flair.👍👍
