We had a wonderful experience exploring Nagasaki with Senyo as our guide! Originally from Ghana, he's been living and teaching in Nagasaki for seven years and brings a deep knowledge of the city’s history and culture. He took us through the old town, to a stunning overlook of the city, a church and temple, the Peace Park Memorial, and finally guided us to the Atomic Bomb Museum, which my husband and I explored on our own afterwards. What made the day especially enjoyable was Senyo’s combination of passion, insight, and warmth. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive - eager before the tour and during to adjust it to our specific interests. He even taught us how to navigate the tram system, which made getting around the city much easier! This tour was both meaningful and memorable - we feel very fortunate to have had Senyo as our guide. Highly recommended!
