Tours de Comida en Malacca

Wir hatten eine dreistündige Foodtour mit Joseph in Malakka gebucht. Es war eine sehr interessante Tour mit vielen Informationen auch abseits des Essens.

We booked the tour to get to know Melakka from a different angle. Joseph was a great guy that understood what we wanted to see and eat. We saw places of Melakka we would have never found much less have eaten. The tour was supposed to take 3 hours but we ended up having an almost 4 hour tour! We definitely are a great experience richer! Thank you Joseph!

This foodtour with Joseph is one of the best things we did in Malaysia! He took us to several best local foodspots we would never try if Joseph didn’t take us there. From riceballs till oysteregg and Chinese herbal thee. Joseph also tells a lot about Chinatown in Melaka where he took us, showed us the tempels and tells about the history. Joseph is so nice!

Although it was Chinese New Year holiday, Joseph had planned ahead and found an authentic Chinese restaurant to take us too - which was in fact his own local but we had to go by car - the food was amazing. He was careful to understand what we liked and level of spice we could eat - which is everything and so we enjoyed a full meal of Sambal Red Snapper, Bok Choi, Chinese Pork Rib and rice. We then drove to Jonker Street where we got to try various local snacks and drinks at the Night Market. Throughout Joseph explained what the food was but also some of the history of the buildings. By the end we had to pass on the last food option as we were so full!!!
