A Perfect Introduction to Oaxaca
Tanivet was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and patient with us and our two kids (7 and 10). We learned about the city's history, art, and culture. We toured through the city, had great drinking chocolate, visited the local landmarks, and she kept us rapt the whole time. She was very attentive to the kids and made sure we all had a great experience. We would book her again next time we come back!

Fabulous Oaxacan Food Tour
What a delightful and delicious first morning in Oaxaca. Carlos shared his passion for Oaxacan cuisine with our family and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the street tacos, small local market where we ate tamales, tlayudas and drank tajete. We sampled exotic local fruit, sweets and even purchased mole to take home. We finished the tour with full tummies and lots of stories and knowledge about Oaxacan cuisine. It was perfect for us and our boys (12 and 10), the youngest who’s a little picky tried so many new flavours under Carlos gentle encouragement. We highly recommend Carlos and this tour!

The Highlight of Oaxaca!
My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of touring with Rolando on our last day in Oaxaca after spending a week in Puerto Escondido. Without being superlative, Rolando's incredible knowledge of the city of Oaxaca, Mesoamerican history and culture, and architecture, made our time with him not only the best part of our trip, but an experience we will remember forever. Rolando's personality, masterful English, and attention to detail make his city tour an absolute must for anyone planning on visiting this profoundly important place in Mexico.
