No podíamos haber tenido mejor experiencia. Queríamos un viaje centrado en comer y beber rico algo típico de la ciudad y ver el corazón de Porto con ojos de local, sin caer en turistadas ni trampas similares.
Miguel nos guió a través de negocios centenarios con mucha gracia, anécdotas divertidas para memorizar los datos culturales y una actitud siempre positiva que convirtió las horas que compartimos en un rato de lo más agradable.

Historia, sabor y diversion en familia.
Gustavo fue un guía excepcional durante nuestro viaje por el norte de Portugal. Gracias a él descubrimos encantadoras ciudades costeras, siempre acompañados por explicaciones interesantes y muy bien documentadas.
Se adaptó perfectamente a nuestras necesidades como familia, siendo muy amable con nuestros hijos y ajustando el itinerario para que también pudieran disfrutar de la playa.
Nos llevó a una marisquería local donde éramos los únicos turistas, y gracias a sus recomendaciones disfrutamos de un almuerzo tradicional delicioso, acompañado por un vino excepcional.
Una experiencia auténtica e inolvidable.

The Duoro Valley is Beautiful
We came into Porto on an Oceania cruise ship. We arrived at 9am so, we could not take full advantage of the 8 hour private tour. Gustavo picked us up at 930am in his pristinely clean Mercedes station wagon. We needed to be back on board by 530pm but needed to be a bit conservative since it wasn’t a ship sponsored tour. We arrived back at 440pm.
Once picked up, we headed straight to the Douro Valley. Gustavo knew all the best vista points and brought us to them. We had a wonderful lunch and wine at Sandman, one of the finest port producers in Portugal. We had to skip the boat ride on the Douro River so that we could do most everything else. After lunch, we told Gustavo that we would rather tour around, looking for the best
Vistas versus going to the wine tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed our choice.
The excursion was fabulous and we’re thrilled that we got to witness the Douro Valley & Douro Valley. It was a high quality tour put on by a native of the area. The only reason I can’t give it a 10 for value is that we had to pay for some things we didn’t do. This said, we knew about all of this in advance of the tour.

Wonderful tour with Mayumi
We thoroughly enjoyed our food tour with Mayumi. She was incredibly enthusiastic and kind. She introduced us to new tastes that were authentic to Porto. She was very knowledgeable, giving information about the city and the food.
