We couldn't have had a better start for our trip to Taiwan. June is the perfect host, we learned not only so much about food and its origins but also about the families who prepare and sell it. Day 2 into our trip and we had booked in a food tour with Garen who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Instantly it felt like a friend showing us around which is not surprising given our co tact with her before arriving in Taiwan . She helped with local tips and tricks, took us through the markets and giving us a taste of the very best food while taking us to some local cafes/restaurants. We tried a lot of amazing food and even tried a few new things. Highly recommend booking with Garen!

So my family and I were in town for a few days and booked both the 10 tastings of Taipei along with the five hour highlights of Taipei. Both were excellent. Garen is highly knowledgeable about the history of Taiwan. She showed us all around the city and the various foods that make Taipei. Highly recommend.
