Desde el primer momento Ruby se adaptó a nosotros. La comunicación con ella fue facilísima, de hecho tuvimos que adelantar el tour y estuvo súper pendiente de que no nos pierdiésemos nada de la ciudad. Cuidando al máximo los horarios y cómo poder llegar a todo. Se nota que disfruta con su trabajo, nos divertimos mucho en el tour. Todo un acierto para conocer Hanoi.

Highly recommend
We has a wonderful time with Elise, she was so flexible with things forever changing with our kids. Nothing was too hard and she was so happy to go with the flow and our needs, changing the itinerary as we went. She was very knowledgeable and had great food recommendations as well. I would definitely recommend a tour with her.
