A thoughtful personalised tour

Trang did such a great job job. I have just move to Hà Nội to live here from England and she took me around my local area as requested to show me where I could find all essentials, helped me with apps used most commonly locally and had a lot of helpful information about more touristy areas of Hà Nội and about the local people and culture. This tour gave me the confidence I hoped for to really explore my less touristy area. Thank you for your time and kindness, it was exactly what I hoped for.

Ruby is a fantastic guide. She is easy to be around, speaks English well, passes along knowledge to make the city come to life, and has amazing tips and tricks that saved us time and discomfort. I won’t share any of these tips and tricks because those are part of what make it well worth it to do a tour with Ruby. Even after the tour was done we followed Ruby’s recommendations for a silk shop, restaurant, and spa and all were great. I would highly recommend Ruby to anyone considering booking a guide in Hanoi. And, I highly recommend anyone going to Hanoi book at least one day with a guide- it’ll make the city so much more accessible and easy to navigate for your entire time in Hanoi.

Jenny is very sweet, we learned many things about Hanoï and Vietnamese culture. She adapted the tour for our 3 kids which was a challenge. We highly recommend her!
