It was truly amazing and very relaxing. We felt safe and comfortable thanks to his patience with my elderly mother. He is a person of high morals, and the way he treated us made the journey even more enjoyable. Overall, the tour was wonderful and very rich in information, especially about the museums, where his explanations were detailed and insightful. The team was also fantastic — working together with great effort and taking turns to speak in an organized and professional way. They were simply outstanding, and I highly recommend them! Amazing
