Agnes is an outstanding host. Full of knowledge about Taiwan, Taipei, and the history. She really shows endless passion for her city and her country.
She showed me some wonderful places, besides the normal tourist tracks, without excluding the must sees. And she was flexible to even fulfill special wishes.

Agnes was the perfect guide for our short stay in Taipei. She prepared us well with thoughtful advice, assessed our interests and flexibly tailored our tour accordingly. Her historical and cultural insights gave us an excellent perspective from which to interpret and explore the city with her - and the confidence to explore on our own subsequently. Agnes was a fantastic guide, customising the tour well for our group and the weather. We loved hearing not just about the delicious food (which we loved) but also the history of Taiwan and how intertwined the two are. Agnes also went above and beyond to share other recommend based on our interests to explore after the tour, which were all fantastic. We had a delightful day with Agnes. The food tour was fun and informative and provided a wonderful first day in Taipei. Agnes went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. She customized our tour and added a bike ride to Taipei 101 taking us through the city and sharing so much history and culture. She was polite, helpful, very kind and genuinely made our day special. We thoroughly enjoyed the food tour with Agnes as our guide. We learned so much about Taipei cuisine and variations across the country - it was great to have someone talk through all this detail as soon as soon we arrived in Taipei. As an amazing bonus Agnès provided such great information about Taiwanese history so we parted full of a delicious mix of food and knowledge. Agnes was a wonderful guide, providing us with interesting information from start to finish. She contacted us prior to the tour to ask a few questions that enabled her to personalise the experience for our preferences, and made sure we were happy along the way. We were able to try a wide variety of Taiwanese food, from more modern twists to the traditional classics. All of this delicious cuisine was accompanied by local history on the country, the people and the city of Taipei, as well as a few bits of personal history which really added to the tour.
Thank you again so much Agnes for sharing your time and passion with us. We would highly recommend this tour, and especially Agnes, to anyone visiting Taipei!Fabulous tour with an excellent guide
