If you’re wanting to do a tour in Rome, especially with children, please do yourself a favor and book with Amandio. We were with him on the first day of our 12 days in Europe and he was the highlight of the entire trip. Amandio took our family (2 toddlers, my wife, and I) on a 3-hour bike tour that covered all of Rome. He took the kiddos with him in a babboe bike, and set up rentals for my wife and I. He was incredibly attentive to our children and made sure that they had the best experience possible. We were able to see almost the whole city during our time with him, and we will be planning to see him again when we are back in the city. As someone who works in audit, I’ll be the first to admit: I’m an expert at spotting mistakes and always seem to notice the empty half of the cup. I rarely write glowing reviews because I’m trained to look for what’s missing. But with Amadeo’s, I have to be fair and square, this experience was flawless. No words can truly express the wonderful, craved, and utterly memorable morning we had. Amadeo guided us through Rome’s hidden gems as the city woke up, sharing stories and secrets that made every moment special. He was incredibly smart and patient with my 8-year-old drama queen, turning her energy into pure engagement and joy. The teens were kept on their toes the entire time, thanks to his thoughtful questions and clever insights. Out of the 9 tours we booked across 5 cities in Italy, this was by far the best. We had an amazing historical/architectural tour with Amandio yesterday. He is a great story teller, very animated and kept us and kids ( ages 13 and 11) interested the entire time. We opted to do it on e-bikes and did not regret a bit. It was +35 and having some air movement was great!!! We covered more area and saw way more than if we were to walk along the streets. Kids were very happy with little quizzes Amandio was giving them and were happy to learn more about Rome through this interactive approach. Amandio is an easy going guide and adapted effortlessly to our needs. We highly recommend him and will be happy to spend more time with him in the future in Rome.Amazing experience with Amandio!!

We had a two hour tour with Amandio which was terrific. Our two boys 10 and 8 years old went from tired and uninterested to thoroughly engaged for the duration. We then arranged a further 2 hr museum tour at short notice and then a 3 hr e-bike tour directly which were the highlight of our trip. Great delivery and super passionate about the content. We enjoyed our tour with Amandio! He navigated us through Rome as a true pro…not an easy thing for a family of five with three young kids. We saw amazing views/sights and learned history we wouldn’t have otherwise. Amandio kept both the adults and the kids engaged. I was a bit nervous on the bikes, but we made it! He guided us well and made sure we were okay. What a neat experience.Whst an adventure!

What I’ve learned through nearly 40 years of travel is that nothing beats seeing a new place through the eyes of a local. To that end, Amandio didn’t disappoint. My daughter and I were blown away by the authenticity and deep local feel of our time spent with Amandio. Every stop had a story, every shop had long, rich history and each food sampling was delicious. It was as if an old friend previously met abroad was showing us around his neighborhood for the first time. I’d recommend this tour and especially Amandio as a guide to any of my friends from around the world. An extraordinary experience
