I was born and raised in Lisbon and must warn you that I have an ongoing romance with this small but vibrant city.

On my tours, I'll share both its history and current happenings. I have a background in law and journalism, but walking around town and introducing new people to these old streets is what I love to do most :)

When I'm not doing tours, I can be found either rock climbing, drawing, or trying my best to stay on tempo on my guitar.

We had a fabulous day with Ana. We arrived from US that morning, so it was the perfect introduction to the city. Ana was very personable, and knowledgeable about both history and politics of Portugal. Highly recommend for your first day in Lisbon! Great walking tour

We met Ana at the desinated meetingpont and from the beginning she was the perfect host and gave us a great introduction to Lissabon. She is friendly, easy to get on with and adapts according to your given preferences. In her conversations she shows her love for the city and her knowledge about its history. In addition to the layout of Lisbon, she showed us notable shortcuts and some beautiful hidden treasures. We were also treated to a superb pastel de nata. We arrived in Lisbon somewhat overwhelmed with the size of the city (snd the hills!) Ana’s calm and educated demeanor to her home city allowed us to embrace the “task” ahead with excitement and helpful information. In reflection of our trip, my mom and I concluded that our tour with Ana was the one thing we wouldn’t have wanted to miss out on! Having a small group tour rather than part of a larger group made it a much more personal experience, and Ana had fantastic historical and culture tips to share. We were with Ana as our guide our first day in Lisbon, hours after landing. She told us about history and Lisbon’s famous authors, and pointed out the neighborhoods and their culture. It gave us a great overview, kept us moving, and made us excited to explore more. What a great 1st day in Lisbon
