I am an open-minded person who loves communicating and seeing joy in others' faces. I like to share experiences and knowledge. Before the university I worked 3 years in the Palace of the Pena like guide and cultural entertainer. As an animator I also worked in the City Museum, Queluz Palace and Mafra Palace. Then I graduated in Philosophy and History of Ideas and for this reason I have a very panoramic and interdisciplinary vision. For example, if you wish I can take you on a visit to the gardens of Lisbon, or prepare a itinerary only for churches. I have traveled extensively in Europe and South America. I love to show Lisbon, where I currently live, and Sintra, where I grew up.

Our group of four friends (2 Americans and 2 Australians) had a wonderful time touring with Carlos. He did a fantastic job orienting us while explaining Lisbon's rich history and culture. A great tour – highly recommended!A great choice

Carlos was incredible — he shared his wealth of knowledge and love for Lisbon with us and was able to answer so many of our questions. He was warm, friendly, and so much fun to spend the day with. He was able to think on the fly and adjust our itinerary based on what he thought we would enjoy, and he even made sure to take routes that kept us cool/shaded. Afterwards, Carlos even worked overtime when we invited him to enjoy some wine and cheese with us 😉 we left feeling like we had truly made a local friend. Thank you, Carlos!From tour guide to friend

Carlos was an amazing guide. He was flexible on start time and honored our request to begin with a bit of a coffee break during which he gave us a fascinating lecture on the history of Lisbon. He knows this city backwards and forwards and has a wonderful manner of delivering his knowledge in a understandable way. Doesn’t get any better than this.Outstanding guide. Very informative tour.

Carlos led us on a wonderful tour of Lisbon. He was very knowledgeable and gracious. We were unable to arrive in time for our tour because of a train strike,but he was willing to postpone our start until we could arrive and extended our tour so we didn’t miss a thing! Thanks for a wonderful tour. Wonderful tour!

We had a great introductory tour of Lisbon with Carlos. It was our first day there and the perfect way to start out getting to know the city. Covered a lot and he was super informative and flexible in showing us the sights. Also gave us a lot of extra info after the tour. Would highly recommend.

I am so happy that we booked the Tram 28 tour with Carlos. His guidance eliminated all the stress and worries about where to catch the tram and how to navigate everything. Riding the tram was such a fun experience! We rode it to the very top of the hill/route then walked back down back to our meeting point, chatting and learning about Lisbon along the way. He was kind enough to indulge my curiosity about a particular church, allowing us off his regular route to see inside, and he made sure we enjoyed the famous pastel de nata. The tour ended at the oldest bookstore in Lisbon where we learned about all the brilliant Portuguese writers and poets. For Lisbon first-timers, the tour was a brilliant experience and Carlos was a brilliant guide. Obrigada Carlos! Terrific Tour
