I recently took a private tour of the Sintra area with my partner and our guide Carol, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment we met her, Carol was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Throughout the tour, Carol shared fascinating stories and historical context about each of the sites we visited, including Quinta da Regaleira and Monserrate Palace. Her passion for the history and culture of the region was infectious, and made the tour truly come alive. In addition to her expertise, Carol was also an excellent guide in practical ways. She was always mindful of our needs, offering helpful tips and suggestions for places to eat, drink, and explore in our free time. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment was truly appreciated. Wir haben die Stadttour mit Carol sehr spontan gebucht und haben uns gefreut, dass es so schnell geklappt hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend zu viert und hatten viel Spaß. Carol ist eine tolle und sehr nette Tourguide. Sie wusste sehr viel über die Stadt und durch sie durften wir Lissabon von einer neuen Seite kennen lernen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen. Alles gute :) We booked the city tour with Carol very spontaneously and were happy that it worked out so quickly. We had a great evening and had a lot of fun. Carol is a great and very nice tour guide. She knew a lot about the city and through it we were allowed to get to know Lisbon from a new side. We would do it again at any time.
