I am a person passionate about travel, history and the gastronomy of the places I visit. It is for this reason that since I moved to live in Valencia in 2007 I have studied to be a tour guide, I have read a lot about the history and monuments of this city and at the same time I have trained as a cook. I currently work in the restaurant of a hotel in Valencia and at the same time I work as a local guide in this beautiful city. My other hobbies are nature activities such as hiking, mountain biking and canoeing; Therefore, I also lead excursions in natural parks and protected areas of the Valencian Community.

We had a pleasant walking tour of Valencia’s Old Town highlights with Cesar. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the city, and shared many interesting stories and facts throughout the tour. He also provided us with a map including his personalized recommendations for us to check out on our own later on. A great intro to Valencia with Cesar

The initial connect with Cesar over Whatsapp was very pleasant, it was very easy to find him at the meeting point. We started at the Fresh Market where he showed us some nice tastings that we would have never stopped for. Then we continued to a tapas shop accross the square were we had Paella and fried shrimps. We continued to see a few more sights, and also the Silk Exchange where Cesar shared interesting historical facts. Overall Cesar is a very friendly guide, he could be a bit more sharing on own initiative but we consider this a minor point. Lovely tour through Valencia

We went with Cesar, he was polite and very personable-gave great information on the foods we tried and provided a nice variety. Cesar made the tour fun and delicious!!If you love food, this tour is for you!!

We had a great tour with Cesar. The communication with the meeting point was all clear and Cesar was incredibly knowledgeable and proud of Valencia. He asked us what we liked and how much local info we wanted to hear, which was great. The food stops were places that were generally used by locals and his recommendations were great. He also explained why he’d chosen the dishes and their connection to Valencia. Cesar has a great sense of humour and it felt as though we were with a friend rather than a tour guide on another booking. We would recommend Cesar’s tour to anyone who loves Spanish food and wants to expand their knowledge. Thank you Cesar! Amazing food tour of Valencia

Cesar provided the three of us foodies from the UK with a really enjoyable and informative tour. He choose a good mix of food and venues for our mix of meat eaters and veggies. Cesar is very knowledgeable but didn’t throw too much info for at us. We highly recommend Cesar. ThanksValencia Food Tour

Cesar took great care of us during a tour of the Turia gardens and the city of arts and sciences. A very complete explanation of everything, great chats in between and some breaks at the right time. Onze, mijn dochter en ik, afspraak stond op zondag om 10.00 uur gepland. Deze tijd kwam onms eigenlijk niet goed uit en appte Cesar met de vraag of dit wat later kon. Dit bleekl geen probleem. Cesar is een prettige man die graag vertelt over Valencia en je probeert mee te nemen in zijn verhalen. Wat hem goed lukt.Sympathiek en enthousiast

We were only in Valencia for a day so decided to book a tour with Cesar so we could see as much of this beautiful city as we could in the time we had. And so glad we did. Cesar was so friendly and knowledgeable and showed us so much of Valencia we would have missed on our own. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you. Great tour of Valencia

Family of five took a Valencia food tour with Cesar. We were difficult. Food allergies and some individual dislikes. The whole way he made us feel at ease, customizing the your and sharing his favorite versions of some of the region's famous foods. Along the way, he shared lots of history, other stories, and gave the city a real sense of color. Knowledgeable and friendly guide
