Hi Everyone!!! My name is Claudia, I was born in Venice and I'm half Venetian and half British, from my mother's side!

I have traveled and lived around the world (UK, Singapore, Australia) , but in my heart there is only one city... Venice!

Venice it's not just a place to visit, it's an experience! The culture, the history and the beautiful Palazzi, makes it very appealing... But as a true Venetian, what I really love about Venice is its secret places, the busy streets, the vibrant atmosphere that erupts as the sun sets and colors the lagoon, the tranquil evenings and how every corner hides an untold tale.

We had an amazing experience with Claudia! Her love for Venice was obvious throughout our tour. She shared so much history, personalized the tour for our family and engaged everyone in meaningful ways! We truly appreciated learning more about the city and its hidden gems. We would highly recommend this experience and the smaller With Locals experience in general. It’s great to be able to connect with a local, and you can’t go wrong with Claudia!Perfect Tour!

The food tour with Claudia was simply one of the very best tours I've ever been on, She is so friendly and engaging, within 5 minutes it felt like we were just a group of friends going out together rather that any tour! She has incredible knowledge, a wonderful sense of humour and is kind beyond belief. As usual on a with locals food tour, we ate far too much, but the food was so tasty and the locations so thoughtfully chosen, it didn't feel overwhelming, rushed or too full. Claudia not only delivered a fantastic tour with lots of laughter and fun facts, she also went above and beyond and shared transport tips, a great option for Murano, and really helped us as a friend would with next plans. Anyone lucky enough to have Claudia for a guide is in for a real treat, she really is wonderful. HUGE compliments and thanks from the 4 of us to Claudia.Claudia is the best!!

Claudia was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing with us topics from how Venice manages rising sea levels and its sinking to its history, art, architecture and urban planning. She did so in a way which was engaging, humorous at times, and with reference to actual sites so it was not dry and cerebral. She was energetic and committed throughout the 2.5hr+ tour despite being under the weather and having to bear with the heat, the walk and the distance. We were a party of four and I observed she made a point to engage all of us regardless of age. I’d book her tour again if another opportunity should arise.A Perfect Ten

We had a great tour of Venice with Claudia. She has so many great stories which really bring the history of the city to life. Our boys (17, 15, and 9) declared it the best tour we had our entire trip of Italy. Fantastic Family tour

Claudia was an amazing guide. We learned about history, culture and of course cuisine. We enjoyed all of the food and drinks. It was like spending the day with a good friend! Highly recommend! Delicious and Informative!

Wenn ihr Venedig von seiner authentischen, kulinarischen Seite entdecken wollt, dann ist Claudias Food Tour ein absolutes Must-See! Schon beim ersten Treffen spürt man ihre herzliche, offene Art und ihre Leidenschaft für die venezianische Küche. Claudia ist nicht nur super freundlich, sondern auch unglaublich kompetent – sie kennt die Stadt wie ihre Westentasche und führt einen zu den besten versteckten Spots, die man als Tourist allein nie finden würde. Die Tour ist eine perfekte Mischung aus Kultur, Geschichte und vor allem: Gaumenfreuden! Von köstlichen Cicchetti in traditionellen Bacari über lokale Spezialitäten wie Sarde in Saor bis hin zu süßen Leckereien – jeder Stopp war ein kleines Highlight. Und das Beste: Claudia erklärt mit Begeisterung die Geschichten und Hintergründe zu den Speisen und Getränken, sodass man nicht nur probiert, sondern auch wirklich etwas lernt. Ich kann diese Tour jedem ans Herz legen, der Venedig liebt (oder lieben lernen will). Claudia macht den Unterschied – sie bringt einem das echte, genussvolle Venedig näher. Claudia was an incredible guide. We have been on many food tours and this was our best experience. She was able to connect the history of Venice with the local cuisine. Her knowledge of the town was extensive and also her insight into cooking and how to prepare local food. The food we tried was all excellent. Great food tour

This tour was just what we wanted. After spending a day wandering in Venice on our own, Claudia gave us a tour of areas away from the tourists. We were able to see how people in the city live, learn about the history of Venice, and appreciate how unique this place is. Claudia also gave us many recommendations for dinner and shopping for the rest of our trip. Her personality is energetic and warm. We really enjoyed our time with her. I’d highly recommend.
