We started our food tour at 10.30am. The guide took us on a walking tour for an hour and a half, she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. However, we didn’t eat or drink anything until our first stop around 12. This included a taste of local cows cheese, mostcatel and Russian salad. We then moved on to the market, where we stopped at 3 places, having goats cheese, local thinly sliced roast pork and wine at the first place, chicharrones at the second stop and ham croquets at the third stop. Despite the fact that we previously noted that one of the party was gluten intolerant and couldn’t eat fish, we feel that there weren’t many options to cater for them and that the rest of the party’s options were limited because of this. We were also expecting some more local tastings and something sweet to end the tour. Although the guide was lovely and showed us some interesting places, we feel this tour fell short of our expectations for 10 tastings and from previous experiences, including the lack of variety of foods tasted. The whole tour was fab. We did exactly what we had planned. Christina was great company very knowledgeable and fun. We tried local food and wine within the local market that we would not have known about so definitely would not be tried. The atmosphere at the market was great. We also saw sights including the Anthi Theatre. Overall I would recommend Christina as a great guide/host. Fabulous Tour

We had group of 21 and Cristia was wonderful with us. We had a 3 hour walking tour which turned into a 4 hour tour as there was so much to see and Cristina was so entertaining. She even took us to a local spot for us to try muscatel and danced for us. Cristina was super responsive from the moment I sent in my first inquiry to the time she met us at the cruise port. Wish I could post some pictures. Cristina in Cadiz!

Excellent private tour with Cristina. Meet up was easy and Cristina was friendly and welcoming. She is knowledgeable regarding the history and many landmarks of Cádiz. Her pace perfectly matched our desires as did the depth of our conversation. Overall, an excellent private tour of a beautiful city. Recommend highly!Beautiful Cádiz with Cristina

My rating is not a criticism of Our guide Christina. She was interesting and tried to find tapas that we hadn’t tried yet. Our first try with her had to be rescheduled, because at the time of the original tour, everything was closed. Second time around was much better. We visited two different tapas places. One in the middle of the tourist area, the second definitely a local hangout. The site for the tours is very badly set up. Most of the times offered don’t take into consideration that everything in Cadiz shuts down from around 2-3 till 8pm. The price charged for the tour was highway robbery. I just hope the guide gets a decent portion of it. We paid €177 for the 2 of us. For that money we could have had dinner at the most expensive restaurant in Cadiz!Christina is a very good guide
