Dear visitors, my name is Darko, I've been in love with Croatia since the first day of my life and my goal is to pass that love to You.

I was born and raised in Split, pearl of the Mediterranean sea and since forever I am fascinated by history, culture and nature. At the beginning of my career I worked in Croatian national theater and in Split city museum as an official tour guide and that experience with knowledge I got from my older colleagues helped me a lot and gave me a big impulse in becoming freelancer.

Today my full time job is producer of cultural events but my true passion is tour guiding.

As I am scuba diver, hiker and big fan of football, I incorporate all those hobbies and knowledge in my tours.

We really enjoyed our tour with Darko. He informed us about the history of the city and its food, and we had a lot of fun. We’ve since visited some of the restaurants he recommended in Split, Hvar and Korcula, and all of them were very good. Thanks! Great Tour with Darko

I cannot recommend this tour enough! Darko was amazing knowing all the best spots. It was worth the cost for a private tour as he was able to cater it to our dietary preferences, and even arrange some unique experiences to make the most of our time. He also shared some brief history along the way giving us more than just a good tour. It was the best way to see the city and it was clear he had some great connections with the locals also giving us recommendations for the rest if our trip. It was an incredible experience and we are so grateful we did it!!Absolutely the best!!!

De gids was zeer aangenaam en sprak de jongens ook aan. Naast de geschiedenis kon je hem alles vragen. Zelfs over de voetbal wist hij alles. Zeer geslaagd!Aangename tour met een toffe gast

Darko did a family tour with us in old town Split and his historical knowledge was impeccable. His English is also excellent, so we were able to follow easily. He also provided several recommendations for things we could do on our own time by using our rental car. Would definitely recommend working with him when in Croatia.Super knowledgeable

Upon arrival in Split, we had a fantastic 2-hour tour of Split’s Old Town with Darko. I was traveling with my 80-year-old father and my sister, and Darko made the experience enjoyable and accessible for all of us. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and open-minded, and he tailored the tour to suit our pace and interests.
