Born and raised in Athens, decided to study Archeaology in order to achieve a better knowledge on the wonders of Athens and Greece.

I have soon realized the most Important thing about the Past is what we understand about that in the Present. That's why, I had a Master on Archaeological Heritage Management. This is how I realised is all about the Present and how we share the Knowledge within our Community.

It will be more than my Pleasure to be your Assistant on finding your Steps around my Diverse Athens, where the Past and the Present are coexisting, where a Nice Meal could be served with an indepth conversation on Politics, History, Music, Humor, Culinary Culture or anything it might concerns an Urban Experience. Where the nights are full of Music and Stories.

I was only in Athens a short time for the first time and wanted to get a sense and feel for the city. Dionysis was accommodating and really flexible. I booked for a much shorter time that we actually spent walking and touring. His archaeologist background and passion for Athens is evident with his knowledge and take on ancient Greece and the current state of things He has wonderful grecian hospitality and informative insight. After spending an already long day touring, Dionysis was a great addition to my visit. A great embassador! Efharisto.A little rivalry with Dionysus

Great walking to Tour and we recovered lots of ground, even more than we thought in the 1.5–2 hour introduction. Perfect way to put context to the city and some of the histories/archaeology of Athens, would highly recommend.Great introduction to Athens

We are a group of 6 from Chicago area. Dionysus was great, very knowledgeable and took us to places we wouldn’t have gone on our own. Food selection and amount was perfect and the walk around the streets of Athens was just what we were looking for. Excellent!

Dionysis was an amazing guide showing us some of the best food in Athens. He was also very knowledgeable about historical sites that we were able to view while walking between food experiences, which made the tour very well-rounded. Amazing food and history

Our family of four spent three hours with Dionysis walking around central Athens. We were taken to fascinating areas away from the tourist hot spots. Dionysis told us many interesting facts and answered our questions clearly. He also provided links to recommended eating places and good, practical advice about where and when to see the sights. We would recommend Dionysis without reservation.Interesting and informative

Dionysis gave us an awesome tour of Athens. We really enjoyed our day even with touring with a 2 1/2 year old an 4 month old. He was very flexible and patient with the toddler and adjusted as needed. We saw so many things that we would have never discovered on our own. He also gave us a great dinner recommendation for dinner at Lolo's. Thanks Dionysis. Athens Tour with Dionysis

Dionysius was extremely knowledgeable and informative about Greek history and mythology. We learned that the words, “politics and idiot” were derived from Greek. Love it! He was lots of fun and answered every question we had with great depth. An informative morning with Dionysis!
