I’m a Brazilian-Spanish storyteller who has called Madrid home for more than 20 years - and I’m still as captivated by its streets, flavors and hidden corners as on the very first day.

My Madrid walking tours are not just strolls; they’re immersive journeys through Spanish history, art, food and daily life, designed to make you feel the city, not just see it.

Passionate by nature, I draw inspiration from Goyas at the Prado Museum and Picassos at the Reina Sofía, the energy of rock concerts, the intensity of Almodóvar and Buñuel films and the joy of sharing tapas and vermouth in traditional taverns.

we had a truly great day with Drica doing the cooltural tour of street art and some tapas. It was 100% what we could hope for. Lavapies is an interesting lively neighborhood, lots of streetart and cool places and Drica really knows everything, from artists and back stories to hidden gems like the community garden with street art and some tapas in the charming neighborhood market. A truly wow day for us. a great day

Enjoyed a 2-3 hour walking tour of Madrid with Drica, immediately upon landing after a long overnight flight. My flight was delayed over 4 hours which would have caused me to miss my tour time, but Drica responded to my messages and kindly accommodated me to tour later that evening. She provided interesting facts about the city and was absolutely delightful. She made our meeting spot easy to find and toured at a perfect place. She communicated often prior to our tour to understand my preferences of sites to visit. Drica is a lovely person and I highly recommend her tours. Drica- informative, responsive, delightful

Thank you Drica for making our Prado trip so memorable. We found your tour both interesting and informative. We learnt about the history of the museum, its paintings and painters. Perfect. Thankyou for being empathetic when one member of our group needed rest times. The experience was just right and I'll remember this as a highlight of my 60th Birthday celebrations. Drica was such a warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate guide on our vegetarian food tour in Madrid. She really made us feel welcome, and brought us to a number of spots we definitely wouldn’t have tried without her guidance. Our only regret was not doing the tour earlier in our stay, so we could take advantage of more of her great recommendations!What a delight!

Our family and a few friends arrived in Madrid and spent a delightful early afternoon with Drica seeing artwork and visiting the market in the Lavapies neighborhood. Drica was a wonderful guide, answering all of our questions and providing lots of intriguing history about Spanish life that we were seeing reflected in the artwork. Our family has many food restrictions and Drica skillfully was able to find tapas and a quieter place for our group to sit in the marketplace. We learned a ton about contemporary Spain too and she was a very responsive communicator when we set up the tour to tailor the tour to our group’s interests and worked with our group’s pace. We highly recommend this experience! A great first day in Madrid

Drica made us feel right at home in the fantastic atmosphere of Lavapiés. It felt like being with an old friend with wonderful communication skills and excellent English. One has to understand the cultural importance of street art in Madrid, but also specifically in Lavapiés to truly appreciate the city. A must do with Drica. It takes you places that you would not see in Madrid without this tour. Thank you so much, we loved it. Great art, excellent guide

Drica was a great guide, showing us her favorite art pieces, giving a bit of historic and local context and recommending good adresses. It was a great way to discover the district of lavapies with a more local view, and enjoy some typical vermut in the neighborhood market. It really felt like diving straight into a community and lively district, while understanding the recent gentrification problems and changes it is facing. It was an awesome morning, with the happy and interesting company of Drica :)Smily visit of a lively district

Saturday morning we had a wonderful tour i Madrid together with Drica as our local guide. Drica was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took us to places of interest.We also got a lot of advice of restaurants, galleries and other interesting places to visit. We can hardly recommend Drica if you go to Madrid. 👍Amazing tour in Madrid!
