Hello,

I am Eleni and I am native Athenian, I deeply love my city, its history and the complex contemporary life, I know every corner of it and its hidden gems, the sleepless city and night life, I will be more than glad to guide you and show you everything in the city. From an hour till the whole day be sure that you will have the most emotional experience in Athens!

I am interested in travelling, getting to know other cultures, playing Greek traditional bagpipe, showing travelers around Athens and Greece, meeting people, connecting them, organizing events and having lots of fun.

In the past years I have been volunteering in the Public Relations of ICOMOS (International Council of Monuments and Sites), which has turned into a part-time job. I have also organised numerous events on a voluntary and professional basis - meetings, conferences and music events.

After a series of life changing events I decided to follow my passion and start my own start up, being fully committed to promote the cultural heritage of Athens. I am still a member of ICOMOS and registered for Athens Convention & Visitors Bureau as Athens Destination Specialist (ADSP) and also a social entrepreneur, specialized also to religious tourism

We had a fabulous tour around Athens with Eleni, we saw so much that we would otherwise have missed. She was friendly and easy to chat with, and her knowledge of the area was amazing. The walk was over about 3 hours but it was guided by our pace. We seemed to fit in a lot of places and the views were fabulous. I would recommend this to anyone with basic fitness levels, as there were some inclines. A very enjoyable walk, many thanks Eleni. Debbie, Graham and Luke xAthens, the bits you might miss.

Eleni was a lovely host for our day in Athens. She took a leisurely pace through the Psiri neighborhood and showed us some interesting areas and is clearly knowledgeable. We got to know more about local and recent politics, and some areas we might not otherwise have seen.Lovely experience

I booked this a few weeks ago and asked for a private guided tour of Athens. I didn’t save my email text request but wanted a tour of the acropolis and places where Paul preached. I apparently chose the wrong tour which I found out toward the end…the guide was nice & knowledgeable of the areas we were shown, but I would not have chosen this tour had I known what it did not include. I think that the tour should have made it clear that we were NOT seeing any of the acropolis or where Paul preached. It should be in bold red letters on the website. The price I paid was not worth the money for this tour. I was very disappointed. We ended up walking to the entrance and doing the acropolis tour on our own along with the spot where Paul preached. I’m not sure I will use this group again. “Highlights” of Athens

A couple of hiccups finding the place to meet since the pen in the event was different than where she wanted to meet. But we got there. Eleni did a great job was very patient. The tour was a great way to walk through Athens and see some sites efficiently. It was a super hot day sometimes a little difficult to understand Eleni, but she tried hard and it was informative.Great way to see a quick Athens

Eleni was really informative and tailored the tour to our group and what we were interested in perfectly. We experienced and learned about parts of Athens that we would never have known about. Eleni has a depth of knowledge about the city from her familial roots in Athens and her deep studies and research as an archaeologist. We learned about so much more than food. Speaking of, the food tour took us to over 5 places where we must have tried over 10 dishes and sweet treats. Her energy is very calming and she knows all the best spots for each dish. You can find almost any dish in any of the Greek restaurants and bakeries, but Eleni knew where to find the long-standing locals joints and led us through several beautiful neighborhoods. Highly recommend!Top notch exquisite food tour!
