Tour of Gaudi buildings and Segrada Familla ... punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Our SF tickets were for late in the day, which made for extraordinary, dramatc lighting. But it also meant that we spent an inordinate amount of time "treading water" waiting for our entry time. Overall timing left room for additional sites vs. filling time waiting.Friendly, knowledgaeable

Our morning with Ellie learning all about Gaudi"s works on the Passe de Grassia and at LA Sagrada Familia was excellent. Ellie was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very kind and caring. We learned so many interesting details about the buildings and helpful suggestions for additional things to do. Her knowledge as a local is beyond compare. I highly recommend this tour. We had a wonderful morning with Ellie. Our kids were a bit jet lagged and grumpy, but she was still able to get them interested with lots of stickers, chocolate tastings and more. Our four year old said today that her favourite thing about her day was looking at the buildings and getting sticker rewards. Perfect first day

We booked a walking tour with Ellie pretty late the night before we wanted to meet with her for a tour. We sent her a couple of questions about the tour and was hoping she'd see the questions before we planned out the day prior to our meeting. She contacted us promptly the next morning, answered the questions and set up the meeting. She was very vigilant in making sure we were all together, had great, up-front views of the buildings, and were protected from some of the distractions around the city. Not only was her tour of Gaudi's architectures very in-depth but the way she weaved the back stories lent life and character to his works. Rather than seeing just a building, we saw Gaudi's emotion, dreams, and his reality in the works of art. After this tour, I have a much greater appreciation for Gaudi's work and life's work. Ellie was great in making sure all of our teen and pre-teenagers were included in the tour and could see what she was describing. Her knowledge of city of Barcelona, the Catalan culture, the rich history was remarkable and her unique point of view was refreshing. She took a genuine interest in our background so as to better be able to relate Gaudi's story in a way that we could better relate and understand. I would highly recommend a tour with Ellie. She has an admirable passion for her trade and is a library of wonderful knowledge. My only wish was that I could stay in Barcelona longer so that I could take other tours with Ellie. Until next time, thank you for the remarkable journey! Fantastic experience

Ellie met us on time and at the exact location we had arranged next to Sagrada Familia. She was knowledgeable about the building and excited to teach us and we had a wonderful time on our tour. We had a terrific three hours with Ellie - a local who was really easy company, fun and informed. She led us away from the crowds time after time, down side streets with fascinating stories to share. We packed lots in and came away with so much new knowledge about the city, the culture, the people. Big cities can be overwhelming when you’re a visitor, so time spent with a guide like Ellie really helps orient you and give you a true sense of where you are.The beauty of going off the beaten track
