Super enjoyed our time with Fabrizio. The day was perfect. It was like having a local family member show you around the region. Wow, the lunch was incredible. We ate at Las Manos and it was incredible. If you can, go there with Fabrizio. He was so kind in helping me with my Spanish learning. Fabrizio is an incredible host. The food was excellent, being vegetarian was not an issue. He accomidated us with exceptional flavors of Perú! He is full of knowledge, generous with his time, humor, and gave us way more then "food tour" vibes. On a personal note Fabrizio is an honest man and we were safe in his hands. Fabrizio is a wonderful guide and an intelligent, fun, knowledgeable person to spend the day with. I was traveling with my daughter and eight year old grandson. He made sure Sam had a wonderful time too. Cusco is a beautiful and charming city stepped in history and Farizio helped make it all come alive. When the tour ended I felt like I was saying goodbye to an old friend. I would recommend him over and over again.Pick Fabrizio!

We've done 3 tours with Fabrizio - Sacred Valley, Cusco city tour and the 10 tastings of Cusco. We've had a great experience starting with the food tour as one of the first things we did in Peru. Fabrizio won't bring you to fancy restaurants and give you food no Peruvian would touch - he will instead give you the chance to try real local snacks, talk to you about the history and culture of his country and quickly turn into a local friend. Do not hesitate to ask him for a favor in accomodating your tour schedule, we found him to be very flexible and supportive with the specifics of our case. Furthermore, he also adjusted the tours to fit our wishes, resulting in the ability to see more than initially planned. We suggest that you book one tour with Fabrizio and take it from there - with all the tips and recommendations he could give you about Cusco. Ask a lot, be curious and connect! That's what we've done. A great English-speaking friend

We’re a family of five with kids ages 18, 15, and 11. Fabrizio was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and spoke excellent English. He even took us slightly off the beaten path, which we really enjoyed. Along the way, he introduced us to a traditional Peruvian game called Sapa. We got to play it while waiting for our lunch at a very cool outdoor restaurant. The whole experience was more than we could’ve hoped for.Unforgettable experiance for our family

HE IS THE BEST TOUR GUIDE IN CUSCO and ONE OF OUR FAVORITE GUIDES OF ALL OUR TRAVELS!! We had the opportunity to spend 2 AMAZING days with Fabrizio. We signed up for the 3 bites and a drink Cusco and 7 hr Sacred Valley tour. The bite and drinks evening was the best tastes we had in Cusco. We went back to the restaurants he took us too because they were so good. Time flies by when talking with Fabrizio. His insight and and understanding of Cusco and the INCA history/culture was extensive. It felt like we had a college professor with us for those 2 days. WE HIGHLY WOULD RECOMMEND SIGNING UP for a personal tour of Cusco and the local region/Sacred Valley. Fabrizio will not disappoint and exceed your expectations. Ciao - Kevin and JackAMAZING!!!

We had a lovely time with Fabricio- We had already been in Peru for a week and had told him that we did not want to try `the most typical foods' as we already tried it all- Fabricio customed the tour and we tasted 10 dishes we had not eaten before- We also had interesting coversations with about Peru, Custco and we learned a lot- Relaxing and informatif

We had an excellent tour with Fabrizio. My mom ended up injuring her knee so he slowed it down so we could take it at her pace. The food we sampled was what the locals eat and it was perfect. We have been on numerous food tours in many different countries. The only reason for 8 and not 10 is at times there was some silence where on other tours the guide always had some interesting facts to share about the town, culture, or food. Still, do not hesitate and book Fabrizio! What the Peruvians eat!

We had a wonderful time with Fabrizio. We were worried (but curious) about going beyond the tourist area and he made us feel comfortable and took us to some excellent food spots that we never would have been able to visit on our own. Fabrizio is great!

My family of four had a fantastic tour of Cusco with Fabrizio. He absolutely reflected our energy and pace. He paused and gave us time to catch our breath when necessary and filled us with history, culture and stories of Cusco and the Incans. He engaged wonderfully with our 24 and 20 year old sons and helped expand their horizons with appreciation of Peru and her culture. Our time together with Fabrizio has been the best part of our trip.
