Claudio

Born and raised in Rome, Italy, I studied anthropology and ethnomusicology and after being Tv-cameraman, sound technician, mechanic, music producer, oil platform washer, kinder-garden assistant, bicycle mechanic and seller, I became a guitar maker and discovered my real interests: music and tourism!

Now I spend my time enjoying these two passions trying to be the best at them in a professional way with a special attention to my local traditions. I became a tour leader in 2009 and professional musician in 2013. I speak Italian, English, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time Claudio! This really enhanced our Rome experience tremendously. Claudio is friendly and very easy to get along with. His english is very good and easy to understand. Rome has an incredibly rich history. Claudio tailored the trip to our interests providing enough detail without overloading us! Would not hesitate to book Claudio again in the future. Fantastic 3 hour tour with Claudio. Our eyes were open not only to the amazing history of Rome city but to what really lies beneath and how it's wealth was built We marveled in the beauty of the many churches and the art inside. Claudio gave us a brilliant experience of Rome over two days. The first day was a walking tour to so many amazing churches, fountains and places of interest. He is very knowledgeable but not over the top. He took time to know our interests and directed us accordingly. Day two he drove us up to the hills where we saw ruins even older than Roman. He also took us to a delightful vineyard and olive grove then off to a perfect lunch restaurant. Highly recommended. Great Tour with Claudio

Claudio was amazing. He customized our tour to accommodate everyone from our family. From the start with local fresh cappuccinos to walking/hiking tour of on the hillside of Tuscolo to an unforgettable lunch at a local restaurant, Claudio paid attention to every detailed. It was a amazing tour. I would HIGHLY recommend Claudio. Thank you again Claudio!!!The best tour in our Rome trip!!

Claudio took my wife & me on a hidden gem tour of Rome. Claudio was incredibly knowledgeable, open to questions, flexible in terms of our itinerary SMS helped make our trip fun yet respectful of my wife’s limited ability to walk for extended periods of time. On our first day arriving in Rome, we went on our food tour with Claudio. Not only did we eat some wonderful tasting food, we toured some beautiful neighborhoods and Claudio filled us in on some great history. I highly recommend this tour, as it was the perfect way to be introduced to Rome with a perfect tour guide. Thanks to Claudio he made our first day an amazing one! Fabulous time with Claudio

My husband & I had an amazing tour of the Frascati area; ruins, working farm/vineyard, & authentic dishes. Claudio is very personable, charming, & knowledgeable...we highly suggest booking w/him for a top-notch experience. Beautiful way to spend the day

Claudio took us on a nice tour through Rome and told us a lot about the city, history and spots to visit. As it wasn’t our first time in Rome he adjusted the tour to show us new places we didn’t see before. We had a lovely time with Claudio!Loved our tour with Claudio
