For 10 year I've been organizing the best cookbook of the year election in the Netherlands and Flanders (belgium). Dutch cuisine is hot and upcoming. Every week I visit the local market around the corner. I love to travel and meet people, in the Netherlands but also abroad! My apartment is at one of the best spots in town: right at the Amstel river, overlooking the beautiful Skinny bridge.

We truly enjoyed the tour with Fusina. She was friendly and knowledgeable.
It felt like a stroll with a friend. Visited the market and tried different types of snacks from the stalls. Liked it so much we ordered the same snacks in bars & pubs during the rest of our stay in the city and came back to the same market on our own for shopping.To the market with a friend

Fusina helped us plan our entire day and during our tour she catered to our group’s needs and interests, answered every question with good humor and patience and we thoroughly enjoyed our two hours in her company, with her as our guide. We would repeat the experience and recommend Fusina as a guide with no reservations. Knowlegable, considerate and kind.

The food tour that I took with Fusina was fine - she was friendly and we ate some good food. However, I'm not sure what value she really added. The logistics weren't well planned as several of the places she tried to take us were closed and whereas my favorite food tours have generally included information or stories about the food, city, and culture I didn't really get any of those here.Friendly, But Minimal

I booked a guided tour with Fusina. She has been fantastic and incredibly accommodating even when the plan constantly changed. The group that she worked with let me know how fun it was to meet up with her. I strongly recommend her and definitely taking contact with her again in the future. Amsterdam Magic

We had a lovely time with Fusina. It was nice to converse with her on a variety of topics about the area as the tour was small. The pastries and food she choose for the tour were excellent and amazing quality!Food and Pastry tour

Die Tour mit Fusina war wunderbar. Eine Verspätung unserer Gruppe war kein Problem. Die Auswahl der typisch niederländischen Snacks und das besuchte Stadtviertel - alles war ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Und nicht zuletzt die wundervolle Gastgeberin: Danke Fusina für den unvergesslichen Nachmittag! Sehr empfehlenswert!
