I'm Gabriele, I'm a dance teacher, a choreographer and an actor. I do my job mostly in the theater, I teach modern dance and I do like arts and monuments. I like to meet new people from all over the world and let them take something from my culture. I also like animals, so I share my flat with Sophia (a Pincher toy) and Newton the cat.

Gabriele was amazing! He is very personable and makes you feel like you're friends almost instantly. We took a tour with him on the last day of our Italy trip and learned a lot in a very short time window. My wife and I brought our two boys and they were being very picky, grumpy and generally just wanted to go home. Gabriele was very patient with us and even modified the plans to keep the kids from completely melting down. We will be back! Fantastic Guide and Great Person!

Gabriele was great. He made our tour so fun and exciting. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and made great picks that everyone enjoyed. After our tour he made a few recommendations for our group and we absolutely loved it. I feel we got a chance to experience Rome from a more local perspective. Great tour of Rome

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from ‘The 10 Tastings of Rome’ in terms of hidden gems in city full of incredible cuisine; literally everywhere you turn in Rome there’s a stunning menus of delights and welcoming hospitality staff that can’t do enough for you - but what my wife and I experience during our 3 hours with Gabriele was exceptional! Now, we did have the good fortune of catching some moments to remember in the churches we visited en route, (we went on a Sunday afternoon) but for us it was a fabulous 3 hours exploring the nooks and crannies of Rome that would never show up on a more commercial tour. Fabulous flavours, immersed in historical anecdotes, all washed down with some ‘Meloncello’ (not sure that’s even a thing!) Enjoy the time with your host, expect a ‘flavour experience’ rather than a sit-down 10 course meal, but above all, enjoy the knowledge Gabriele shared to make the final day in Rome for us, very special indeed.It’s all about the host!

My family and I had a great food tour with Gabriele. We tried lots of traditional Roman foods and got a glimpse of the local history in the old town area. We tried a lot of samples of snacks and did not leave hungry. He showed us the best porchetta I've ever had, and we returned the next day to taste more! He also left us with some excellent recommendations for the resto of our trip to Rome. Me and my boyfriend have taken a private tour with Gabriel and we have to say it was BELLISSIMO. he told us about the city of rome and took us to great places with a unique story behind them. He was absolutely lovley and charming and really connected us with the city and helped us understand this amazing country. Our tour with Gabriele was more than an introduction to some of the best and most unique food vendors in the Piazza Navona area, it was a history lesson covering fascinating facts about the neighborhoods, the culture and the Roman people who have lived there over the centuries. Gabriele is a life long Roman with a deep love and vast knowledge of the history of his hometown. His affable nature brought out memories of our own hometowns and cultural quirks from our days in Brooklyn and Atlanta. We not only had a great tour but made a new friend in the city that we love! We will definitely be returning to see our friend again!Gabriele brings history and food to life!

As a family of four we had a magical 3 hours with Gabriele sharing historical stories and taking us to hidden food treasures of time. We thoroughly enjoyed his company, insight and friendliness. We also learnt some Italian, pronunciation and fun facts. Our near teenage children had a great time too, the pace was perfect. Gabriele was also empathetic, noting our love of cats and showing us the cat sanctuary. We highly recommend this wonderful way to experience Rome and learning about some history and tasting some wonderful food and hearing the stories behind the food. You won’t regret going with Gabriele. Thank you for the memories.A wonderful guide and experience!
