I have 'chosen' to be born of Italian parents from the South :) so I have grown up sharing and loving the genuine taste of the nature and the earth. I bring with me a wealth of culinary culture and heritage handed down from generations.

In later years, when I began to travel, in a very spontaneous way, I started to share my culinary passion with people around me from different cultures and who were fascinating by my creative approach to food.

I discover new worlds everyday trying to see through the eyes of people around me, I love to share adventures and knowladge about Paris, My ‘City Of Light’ and enrich travellers with new baggage of experiences.

We absolutely loved our tour with Gelsomina! She was warm, knowledgeable on Paris and its history, and had an amazing way of making everything connect. She knew exactly when our child needed a snack break, which made the experience so much more enjoyable (and delicious!) for the whole family. The tour was brilliantly planned, covering a lot of territory in just a few hours without feeling rushed. She felt like family giving us a personal tour. We had an amazing tour with Gelsomina. I really loved how she didn't "dumb" things down for our kids (ages 8 and 13) but still kept them engaged and entertained. We all learned a lot and had fun. The activities - such as chalk drawing - were terrific. She's warm, hospitable, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. She offered to send us any additional info after the tour as well as far as restaurants and other sites to visit. I would absolutely recommend this tour! Wonderful family experience!

We had the most wonderful time! G was so lovely, the perfect balance between knowledge of food and history. We had wonderful Conversation about both the french and kiwi cuisines and shared ideas, recipes and inspirations! Our picnic this coming Sunday will include the most devine baguette, fromage, tapenade and charcuterie from the market and a bottle of rose, the wine that's not really a wine in Paris! We had a wonderful morning with Gelsomina. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and the tasting journey round the square Trousseau area was utterly delicious! Would highly recommend this tour to get a feel for real Paris! Fabulous Food Tour

My wife and I spent three educational and fun hours eating and drinking our way through Saint Germain with Gelsomina as our guide. She was a true delight! Our family had an amazing time on our food tour/tasting with Gelsomina! She was super friendly and so easy to talk to. Not only did she provide amazing food for us (and a lot of it), she also talked about the food, the history, the culture, regions of France that produced some of the foods and answered any questions we asked. I highly recommend taking a food tour with Gelsomina, it was a highlight of our few days in Paris. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!Wonderful food tour!

We are so thankful we signed up for the 5 hour walking tour with Gelsomina in Paris. She was a wealth of knowledge, so incredibly patient with all of our questions, and catered the tour to our interests. There is no way we would have even gotten a fraction of this information on our own. Everything was so personalized to our interests and was a very smooth conversation. Even through our rainy day, we would do it again. Highly recommend this tour!!! Fantastic day with Gelsomina

We scheduled this tour as both A birthday celebration and a bonjour Paris celebration. Being amateur cooks we were curious to see Paris from the viewpoint of local. The tour was more than we could’ve asked for. The food experience was wonderful, but the best part of all was our tour guide Gelsomina. She is incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and was able to provide not only food related information, but history and culture. A wonderful experience. Think she should have her own TV program to promote Paris and Parisian food. Would highly recommend to anybody interested in food, history, culture, and general knowledge. Definitely a high point of our entire trip.Phenomenal experience superior guide
