I'm a romantic wanderer, I love getting lost in a new place, getting struck by the beauty and uniqueness of it.

In my free time I love wandering around Venice, soaking in its vibes and atmosphere, or simply plunge in a good book about Venetian art or history.

I'm also a foodie and a certified Sommelier: I love trying new restaurants and dishes, as well as going to local bars to taste a good glass of wine.

I was born and raised in the cozy and charming Treviso and then adopted by the wonderful and majestic Venice, where I'm now a permanent resident.

Being a Tour Leader is my full time profession and I've been collaborating with Withlocals since the very beginning.

My specialties? Walking tours, food&wine tours and craftsmanship tours.

The city tour in Venice was absolutely outstanding! Giada was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the city’s history, hidden gems, and iconic landmarks. The experience was perfectly paced, allowing us to soak in the beauty of Venice without feeling rushed. The food and drinks were exceptional—authentic Venetian cuisine paired with delicious local drinks. Every stop was well chosen, offering a true taste of the city’s culinary heritage. Giada was wonderful. She was very personable, and knowledgeable. She selected wonderful locations either great variety of local foods and wine for our food tour. Highly recommend. Great tour with a fun guide.

On February 19 2025 we did a foodie tour with Giada. What an excellent tour guide. Giada took us to several places where locals go. The food and beverages were excellent. Giada was the best! She took my family (husband and 2 kids 15/13) on a Venice kick start tour. We had already seen some sights the day before so she took us around to see and learn about other places and learn some really fun facts about Venice that were total surprises. Giada was so easy to be with, very personable and her stories were so interesting. Stuff you can’t google which makes it soooo worth it! Her personality is kind and super friendly. Highly recommend booking with Giada!! Also she gave us some helpful Venice tips, yummy restaurants and her communication/follow up before the trip was excellent. Best Tour! So interesting!

Our group of three (my husband and I, and our adult daughter) had a wonderful time getting to know Venice with Giada. She took us to a variety of eateries, where we experienced authentic Venetian cuisine - everything from spritzes to cichetti to chocolate to fritelle. Along the way, Giada shared lots of information with us about Venetian foods, and living in Venice. She even provided us with suggestions for other places to visit during the rest of our stay in Venice. We very much enjoyed our evening with Giada! Wonderful Food Tour!

Giada was very nice and friendly. She showed us the main sights and provided interesting background info. Fortunately she also took us from the beaten paths away from the crowds to places we would never have come across or entered into without her! Finishing off with a recommendation for and a reservation in a very nice restaurant concluded a perfect tour!Perfect tour in Venice

Giada was an absolutely wonderful tour guide. Knowledgeable, interesting and clearly has a real passion for what she does. It’s so nice to spend time with someone who doesn’t do this just for a job but for a passion. Would highly recommend the off the beaten track tour of Venice. It feels much more authentic and you avoid the crowds. Amazing!

Giada was a delight to be with. Her knowledge of the city, food and wine was incredible. The tour was everything and more than I expected. Tasted chocolate, cheese, cichetti of seafood and meat, oysters, numerous red and white wine. I would strongly recommend a tour with Giada. Beautiful day in Venezia

I had an unexpected day in Venice and Giada put a tour together at the last minute. Venice is a a labyrinth of narrow streets and pathways. It was amazing to have a guide that navigated the area with precision and could speak so much to the history of the area, from local markets to craftsman areas to the "main attractions" like St. Marks. Giada is a great guide and you can tell she really enjoys her craft.A day in Venice.

This was my fourth time in Venice and Giada showed us the city like I have never seen it before! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city. We got an understanding of the history of Venice as well as the culture and community today. She was creative and flexible which gave us a tour that included new sights and neighborhoods. We appreciated her great communication, flexibility, and suggestions on where to eat before our tour (was the best meal I have ever had in Venice). We would absolutely tour with Giada next time we are in Venice (again)! Making an old city new!
